NCT ID: NCT03918070 Active, not recruiting - Coronaropathy Clinical Trials

Observatory to Assess the Yukon Choice PC & the Yukon Chrome PC Sirolimus Eluting Bioabsorbable Polymer Stents Systems

YuChooSeR
Start date: April 17, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The TRANSLUMINA GmbH YuChooSeR Observatory is a prospective, multicentric post-marketing observatory designed to evaluate large scale safety and reliability of the Yukon Choice PC and the Yukon Chrome PC stents systems use in routine, clinical practice. This based observatory will enroll 3000 patients to 30 sites in France.

NCT ID: NCT03842813 Active, not recruiting - Diabetes Clinical Trials

Safety and Performance Assessment of Drug-Eluting Stent CRE8 in Diabetic Patients

EVALU8
Start date: April 9, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study is a 'real-world' study which evaluates the safety and performance of the coronary DES-CRE8 in diabetic patients. As routine care, each patient will be followed until 12 months after stent implantation.

NCT ID: NCT02258620 Completed - Coronaropathy Clinical Trials

Prevention and Comparison of Different Forms of Administration of Nitrates in the Risk of Radial Spasm During Coronary Angiography.

Start date: June 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The radial approach for a coronary angiography is currently adopted by several centers because of its simplicity. The radial artery spasm is the main inconvenient. Nitrates in intra-arterial have been widely studied in prevention of this spasm. No studies have compared the different routes of administration of nitrates as a patch and a continuous intravenous injection.

NCT ID: NCT02156245 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Evaluation of the Effects of Eccentric Training on a Cycle Ergometer, Versus Conventional Concentric Training

ENERGETIC
Start date: September 16, 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of a rehabilitation protocol based on individualized combined eccentric and concentric cycle ergometer training compared to classical concentric cycle training among patients with either coronary artery disease (CAD) or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This study will therefore evaluate the efficacy of combined eccentric/concentric training on physical capacity and overall autonomy, and will analyse the adaptive mechanisms with regard to both adaptation to cardiac and muscular effort and tolerance.

NCT ID: NCT00817830 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Erectile Dysfunction

Cardiovascular Safety Study of Lodenafil Carbonate in Patients With Coronaropathy During Physical Effort

Start date: November 2008
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of lodenafil carbonate in patients with coronaropathy, evaluating the response of the body facing physical effort, including both heart and respiratory components, with and without use of lodenafil carbonate 80mg.
