Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: Diagnosed with chronic respiratory failure receiving any of: - Non-invasive ventilation - Prolonged mechanical ventilation - Mechanical insufflation-exsufflation therapy Exclusion Criteria: - Aged <18 - Significant physical or psychiatric co-morbidity that would prevent compliance with trial protocol
