Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - Age 18-26 - Diagnosis of congenital heart disease - Patient at a Duke pediatric cardiology clinic - Access to a smart phone Exclusion Criteria: - Cognitive delay - Patient at an adult cardiology clinic |
