Stool Sample Collection Study

The primary objective of this study is to obtain de-identified stool specimens from participants with colonoscopic biopsy-based histopathologic diagnosis of colorectal cancer (CRC) and/or a ≥1 cm colorectal polyp/adenoma/mass found during pre-enrollment colonoscopy that is of sufficient size to require surgical excision or complex colonoscopic polypectomy. The samples will be used for the purpose of research and development of a new molecular diagnostic test for the detection of neoplasms of the aerodigestive tract.

TAS-102 Combined With Bevacizumab for Second-line Maintenance Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

French Assessment of MRD by Liquid Biopsies in Stage III CRC Patients (FRENCH.MRD.CRC)

Improving personalized cancer treatments and finding the best strategies to treat each patient relies on using new diagnostic technologies. Currently, for colorectal cancer, the methods used to decide who gets additional post-surgery treatment are suboptimal. Some patients get too much treatment, while others do not get enough. There is a new way to explore if there is any cancer left in a patient's body using circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detected in blood samples. This can help decide who needs more treatment after surgery. Even though many tests have been developed, it has yet to be determined which test performs best at relevant time points. The GUIDE.MRD consortium is a group of experts, including scientists, technology, and pharmaceutical companies. The consortium is working on creating a reliable standard for the ctDNA tests, validating their clinical utility, and collecting data to help decide on the best treatment for each patient. FRENCH-MRD-CRC is the French study of the european GUIDE.MRD project.

Neoadjuvant Serplulimab & Bevacizumab With FOLFOX vs. FOLFOX Alone in RAS/BRAF WT, pMMR/MSS CRC Patients

The primary objective of this study is to assess whether the addition of Serplulimab (a PD-1 inhibitor) and Bevacizumab (an anti-angiogenesis agent) to the standard FOLFOX chemotherapy can enhance the immune microenvironment in the liver, increase T lymphocyte infiltration, and consequently improve the postoperative prognosis for patients with surgically resectable colorectal cancer liver metastases (RAS/BRAF wild-type, pMMR/MSS) compared to FOLFOX alone.

To evaluate the changes of cytokines and verify the effect of some cytokines on the efficacy of cetuximab +FOLFIRI, so as to provide a scientific basis for the subsequent precise therapy using cytokines antibodies.
