Filter by:MELODIC trial is an prospective, multicenter, non-randomized, open-label, parallel trial, aimed at assessing the efficacy (in terms of overall survival: OS) of liver transplantation (LT) in unresecable CRC liver-only metastases, compared with a matched cohort of patients bearing the same tumor characteristics, and treated with chemotherapy. Synthesis of Inclusion parameters: "10;10;10;100"
This is an open-label, parallel group, non-randomized, multicenter phase II study to evaluate the efficacy of spartalizumab (cohorts 1 and 2) and tislelizumab (cohort 3) in monotherapy in patients with PD1-high-expressing tumors.
Guanabana, known also as Graviola or Annona muricata is a tropical fruit which has been commonly used as complimentary/alternative medicine in Latin American countries. The main compounds in Graviola are the annonaceous acetogenins. These acetogenins have been shown to be selective and toxic against various types of cancer cells in-vitro and in-vivo experimental animal models. In spite of this evidence of anti tumor activity of Graviola, no prospective clinical studies have been carried out to determine if it also has clinical activity. The Investigator have observed two patients at Auxilio Mutuo Cancer Center who experienced significant tumor shrinkage while taking a tea made of Graviola leaves. Neither of these patients were taking any other treatment for their cancer. The investigator propose to conduct a study using guanabana leaves extract in patients with Gastroesophageal junction(GEJ) adenocarcinoma, as well as in Gastric adenocarcinoma, Hepatocellular carcinoma, Pancreatic adenocarcinoma, Low Grade Lymphomas and Colorectal adenocarcinoma.
This study investigates if circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and other tumor-related molecules/chemicals released in the blood can help doctors predict if colorectal cancer may come back or spread. Tumors shed DNA and other cancer related chemicals into the blood that can be identified and studied further to provide information about the cancer. Information gathered from this study may help researchers better understand if ctDNA found in the blood can predict whether colorectal cancer may come back or spread.
This is an open-label, multicenter, multi-dose escalation and dose expansion study in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors (Part A) and advanced metastatic pancreatic cancer (Parts C & D) to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CM-24 in combination with nivolumab. In Part C of the study gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel or Nal-IRI/5-FU/LV will be administered subsequent to CM24 and nivolumab. CM24, nivolumab and gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel or Nal-IRI/5-FU/LV are administered intravenously.
This is a phase 1/2, multi-center study with an open-label, dose escalation phase followed by a single-arm expansion phase to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of NT219 alone and in combination with ERBITUX® (cetuximab) in adults with recurrent and/or metastatic solid tumors.
This study will test whether the combination of cisplatin, nivolumab, and temozolomide is an effective treatment for in people with advanced and/or metastatic colorectal cancer that is mismatch repair-proficient (MMR-proficient). The researchers will also look at how safe the study drug combination is in participants.
To demonstrate the potential role of dual-energy computed tomography (DECT) by iodine maps data, aimed at discriminating colon cancer from colon wall pseudo-thickening.
The phase I/II study was designed to evaluate if the regimen of Irinotecan, Oxaliplatin, Capecitabine (XELOXIRI) and Bevacizumab is a superior first-line option for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC) in terms of safety and efficacy.
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of Ultivision Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software in detecting adenomas in screening colonoscopy procedures. The safety of Ultivision AI Software will also be assessed. A subset of the subjects will enter a roll-in period for clinical trial safety assessment. The remainder of subjects who are eligible will enter the detection phase which comprises a screening colonoscopy procedure. In the detection phase, subjects will be randomized to a screening colonoscopy with Ultivision AI Software enhancement or without AI Software enhancement. The study will measure the mean adenomas per colonoscopy procedure, as defined by the protocol, detected while receiving either treatment option.
