This study aims to evaluate the long-term efficacy of BTK inhibitor Zanubrutinib monotherapy , sequential Zanubrutinib combined (Fludarabine, cyclophosphamide and rituximab /bendamustine and rituximab)FCR/BR regimen by a limited period of treatment for the newly diagnosed Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL). The investigators propose this combination will improve the MRD negative rate of patients with CR/CRi after treatment was significantly higher than that of FCR chemotherapy can be a time-limited regimen which will reduce the life-time therapy and benefit the patients.

Financial Difficulty in Patients With Blood Cancer

This is a hypothesis-driven, observational, cross-sectional, multi-site study of the financial difficulties experienced by patients undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma (MM) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is composed of a patient survey (n=250) (Appendix A), a physician survey (n=100) (Appendix B), and a practice survey completed by each site enrolling patients onto this study (Appendix C). A subset of enrolled patients (n=35) will be invited to participate in an optional second telephone interview (Appendix D). This study will measure the prevalence of patient-reported financial difficulty, specific financial burdens and resources currently available to patients and from practices to assist with patient financial navigation.

This multicenter, prospective, open-label, randomized, superiority phase 3 study is designed to demonstrate that treatment with a triple combination of acalabrutinib, obinutuzumab and venetoclax (GAVe) prolong the progression-free survival (PFS) as compared to treatment with the combination of obinutuzumab and venetoclax (GVe) in pa-tients with high risk CLL (defined as having at least one of the follow-ing risk factors: 17p-deletion, TP53-mutation or complex karyotype).

This phase II trial tests whether the pneumococcal pneumonia vaccine series (PCV20 and PPSV23) works to mount an effective immune response in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. PCV20 and PPSV23 are both vaccines that protect against bacteria that cause pneumococcal disease. Giving these vaccinations as series may make a stronger immune response and prevent against pneumococcal infections in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
