The purpose of this research is to compare two drugs that are routinely used as standard of care for treating nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. This study aims to see if the drug olanzapine is as good as the steroid drug dexamethasone for preventing nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Both drugs are listed as appropriate treatment options in the most recent version of National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines on Antiemesis.

This research is being done to determine whether acupuncture can help prevent or lessen chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), a side effect of some kinds of chemotherapy that causes pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, or muscle weakness mostly in the hands or feet. This research will also help determine whether acupuncture can improve quality of life in patients receiving taxane-based chemotherapy for the treatment of breast cancer. The names of the study activities involved in this study are/is: - Acupuncture treatments for participants in the Acupuncture Group - Nature videos with a relaxation exercise for participants in the Relaxation/ Exercise Group The Comprehensive and Integrative Medicine Institute (CIMI) of South Korea is supporting this research study by providing funding.

This study is part of the Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) activities of the PEROUSE MEDICAL manufacturer. The primary data source for this study was patient's medical records from a French Hospital. The study population was defined as all patients who did receive POLYSITE® and SEESITE®. Data from a minimum of 50 patients were planned for the statistical review.

Intention to include 40 patients (20 patients treated with trabectedin and 20 with cisplatin hypersensitivity) The investigators investigate the role of trabectedin in combination with PLD and cisplatin in treating platinum sensitive ROC being allergic to carboplatin. The investigators focus on adverse events and evaluate if these are tolerable for the patients and further evaluate the measurable treatment effect on the tumor burden.
