View clinical trials related to Cervical Spinal Stenosis.
Filter by:This project proposes to monitor the spinal posture of a person at rest and in motion in real time through a sensor device that contains spinal health monitoring as its core. By calibrating the five core planes on the spine and using AI algorithms to train the model, the relationship between the core plane data and spine health is established. This project will output medical-grade and consumer-grade wearable spine healthcare and monitoring products, establish an interactive platform to connect the wearer, the data terminal and the professional medical team, so that patients can easily get professional health advice and reminders during home healthcare and rehabilitation; and through the collection of spine health data, establish a national spine health database.
Through a single-center, exploratory clinical study, the safety and effectiveness of using barb wire in the incision and suture of posterior cervical surgery in obese patients were evaluated, providing a basis for its wide clinical application in posterior cervical surgery.
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of individualized, precise and standardized open-door posterior cervical surgery through a single-center, exploratory clinical study, so as to provide a more reliable basis for the treatment of cervical spinal stenosis.
The aim of study was evaluated the relationship between the relevant evaluation indexes of cervical spine open-door surgery, prognosis and complication rate, and provided theoretical basis for personalized surgical program through multi-center retrospective clinical study
The purpose of this study is to analyze the spread of local anesthetic using magnetic resonance imaging after thoracic 2 paravertebral block in patients with cervical radiculopathy.
The aim of the present study is to investigate the safety and clinical utility of contralateral oblique view for fluoroscopic guided cervical epidural access.
The study will consist of two parts: - In Study A, objectively assessed physical activity, gait, balance, range of movement of specific joints during walking and neurophysiological findings between patients with cervical spine stenosis (CSS) without myelopathy who will be treated conservatively and patients with stenosis and signs of myelopathy who are candidates for surgical Treatment will be compared. - In Study B, the 6-month changes in the same outcomes in patients treated conservatively (from the first specialist consultation until 6 months later) and in patients treated surgically (preoperative day and 6-month post-operatively) will be quantified.
Aim of the study was to investigate the effect of Kinesio taping application on upper trapezius muscle after cervical spine surgery.
Remifentanil provides analgesia, suppresses airway reflex, has little effect on cognitive function. It can be used for conscious sedation during awake nasotracheal fiberoptic intubation. Target-controlled infusion is more reliable technique for maintaining optimal infusion rate than manual controlled infusion. The aim of this study is to determine the effect site concentration of remifentanil for successful conscious sedation during awake nasotracheal fiberoptic intubation.
