Filter by:This study intends to explore the therapeutic effect of PCSK9i Evolocumab on atherosclerotic plaques in cerebral arteries (including carotid and vertebral arteries) compared with intensive statin treatment, and monitor the pathological properties of carotid/vertebral artery plaques with OCT technology. At the same time, three-dimensional ultrasound and high-resolution magnetic resonance are used to explore the new mechanism of pathological changes of cerebral atherosclerotic plaques in a multidimensional manner.
A prospective, multi-center, single-arm study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug eluting balloon catheter for the treatment of patients with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.
The primary objective of the study will be to determine whether remote limb ischemic conditioning (RLIC) together with conventional medication therapy compared with only medication therapy reduces the 3-month risk of composite cardio-cerebral vascular event in patients with a recent TIA or IS caused by occlusion of a cerebral artery. After screening period, eligible patients will be randomly allocated into 2 groups.In addition, all participants receive an usual clinical therapy.
The purpose of this study is to obtain additional data on efficacy and safety of Divaza for adjustment of oxidative disorders in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis. It is assumed that the inclusion of the drug Divaza in the basic therapy will help reduce the severity of cognitive disorders, other clinical symptoms of cerebral atherosclerosis, reduce the impact of the disease on the quality of life of the patient. Participate in the study may be patients with a diagnosis of "cerebral atherosclerosis", which, against the backdrop of basic therapy with constant doses of drugs (within the last 4 weeks), to achieve a stable course of cerebral atherosclerosis, cognitive disorders without significant disability are detected.
