NCT ID: NCT05585151 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cerebral Atherosclerosis

High-Resolution Assessment of Extracranial Plaques in a Multiple Centers Evolocumab Randomized Study

Start date: November 9, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study intends to explore the therapeutic effect of PCSK9i Evolocumab on atherosclerotic plaques in cerebral arteries (including carotid and vertebral arteries) compared with intensive statin treatment, and monitor the pathological properties of carotid/vertebral artery plaques with OCT technology. At the same time, three-dimensional ultrasound and high-resolution magnetic resonance are used to explore the new mechanism of pathological changes of cerebral atherosclerotic plaques in a multidimensional manner.

NCT ID: NCT04821726 Active, not recruiting - Cerebral Ischemia Clinical Trials

DEB for Symptomatic Intracranial Atherosclerosis Stenosis

Start date: June 21, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A prospective, multi-center, single-arm study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug eluting balloon catheter for the treatment of patients with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.

NCT ID: NCT04470492 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Cerebral Atherosclerosis

Study on Prevention and Treatment of Atherosclerotic Cerebral Occlusive Disease With Remote Ischemic Conditioning

Start date: September 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study will be to determine whether remote limb ischemic conditioning (RLIC) together with conventional medication therapy compared with only medication therapy reduces the 3-month risk of composite cardio-cerebral vascular event in patients with a recent TIA or IS caused by occlusion of a cerebral artery. After screening period, eligible patients will be randomly allocated into 2 groups. In addition, all participants receive an usual clinical therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03485495 Completed - Clinical trials for Cerebral Atherosclerosis

Clinical Trial of Efficacy and Safety of Divaza for Adjustment of Oxidative Disorders in Patients With Cerebral Atherosclerosis

Start date: April 12, 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to obtain additional data on efficacy and safety of Divaza for adjustment of oxidative disorders in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis. It is assumed that the inclusion of the drug Divaza in the basic therapy will help reduce the severity of cognitive disorders, other clinical symptoms of cerebral atherosclerosis, reduce the impact of the disease on the quality of life of the patient. Participate in the study may be patients with a diagnosis of "cerebral atherosclerosis", which, against the backdrop of basic therapy with constant doses of drugs (within the last 4 weeks), to achieve a stable course of cerebral atherosclerosis, cognitive disorders without significant disability are detected.
