Filter by:The purpose of this study is the evaluation of the influence of therapeutic hypothermia on resting energy expenditure (REE) in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). We hypothesized that hypothermia would reduce resting energy expenditure in these patients.
Analysis of the patients' data who were rescued with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and without ECMO. The survival rate and the weaning rate were analyzed to see the effect of ECMO on the prolonged CPR.
