Filter by:This is a Phase 1b/2 study of AVB-S6-500 designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of AVB-S6-500 in combination with cabozantinib, AVB-S6-500 in combination with cabozantinib and nivolumab and AVB-S6-500 monotherapy in subjects with advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The phase 1b portion of the study is open label and patients with advanced ccRCC who had progressed on or after at least one prior line of treatment will receive AVB-S6-500 + cabozantinib. Two dose levels will be evaluated. The Phase 2 portion of the study is open-label 3-part study to evaluate efficacy and tolerability of AVB-S6-500 + cabozantinib, AVB-S6-500 + cabozantinib + nivolumab, and AVB-S6-500 alone.
Purpose: To evaluate the utility of simultaneous positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in characterizing the molecular subtypes of clear cell renal cell carcinomas (ccRCC) to potentially inform prognosis and treatment decisions. Participants: Seventeen subjects diagnosed with clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) will be imaged in a single session on PET-MRI. Procedures (methods): The investigators will image 17 ccRCC subjects on simultaneous PET-MRI and quantify the metabolically-active fraction of the tumor from images. Ten core samples will be taken from each tumor post-surgery and classified as ccA or ccB subtype using transcriptome analysis. The imaging-based measures will be correlated with the fraction of tumor cores classified as ccB.
CMN-001 is an autologous, tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cell immunotherapy. The active components of CMN-001 are autologous, matured dendritic cells, which have been co-electroporated with both in vitro transcribed (IVT) RNA from an autologous tumor specimen and CD40L RNA. CMN-001 is indicated for treatment of intermediate/poor risk patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in combination with nivolumab plus ipilimumab as first line therapy and in combination with lenvatinib plus everolimus as 2nd line therapy post 1st line failure.
Background: -Clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is a kind of kidney cancer. The drug avelumab may help direct the immune response to the tumors and can prolong the immune response. The drug Interleukin-15 (IL-15) stimulates certain kinds of white blood cells that have the potential to attack the cancer. Objective: -To test whether IL-15 and avelumab administered together are safe and effective at treating ccRCC. Eligibility: -People ages 18 and older with relapsed, metastatic biopsy proven clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) that has not responded to standard treatments Design: Participants will be screened with: - Medical history - Physical exam - Blood, urine, heart, and lung tests - Computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography (PET) scans and possible MRI: Participants will lie in a machine that takes pictures of the body. For the CT scan, they may receive an oral contrast agent by mouth and normally receive IV contrast through a vein to improve the x-ray images. - Tumor sample to confirm expression of avelumab target: If one is not available, participants will require a new biopsy that is generally obtained by a needle that is inserted into the tumor. Participants will get the study drugs by vein for up to four 28-day cycles. The IL-15 will be given through a vein continuously for the first 5 days (120 hours) of each cycle. They avelumab will be given through a vein over about 1 hour on days 8 and 22 of each cycle. Participants will be hospitalized for their 1st week of IL-15 cycle and may be able to receive their subsequent IL-15 treatment as an outpatient depending on their side effects. Participants who receive the infusion as an outpatient will return to the hospital each day for a new bag of IL-15. Participants who cannot or do not want to be treated as an outpatient will be treated in the hospital during their 5-day IL-15 infusions. - Participants will need a midline venous catheter which is longer than a standard venous catheter but is still inserted into a peripheral vein in their arm. - Participants will have repeats of blood tests to monitor the blood counts and chemistry throughout the study. - Participants will have follow-up visits 30 days after their last treatment, every 60 days for the first 6 months, every 90 days for 2 years, then every 6 months.
This is a non-interventional study to retrospectively evaluate the safety and to describe the effectiveness of cabozantinib after immunoncologic treatment with nivolumab or nivolumab plus ipilimumab in routine clinical practice. It consists of a retrospective chart review of patients who have already completed treatment with cabozantinib after nivolumab or nivolumab plus ipilimumab before inclusion.
Subjects who previously took part in the FT500-101 study and received allogeneic NK cell immunotherapy will take part in this long term follow-up study. Subjects will automatically enroll into study FT-003 once they have withdrawn or complete the parent interventional study. The purpose of this study is to provide long-term safety and survival data for subjects who have participated in the parent study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study.

The purpose of this study is to develop an on-line electronic symptom management application that can ultimately be used to improve clinical outcomes in patients with mRCC treated with cabozantinib.
