NCT ID: NCT04139993 Terminated - Clinical trials for Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8

RBX7455 Before Surgery for the Treatment of Operable Breast Cancer

Start date: August 31, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial studies the side effects and possible benefits of RBX7455 given before surgery in treating patients with breast cancer that can be removed by surgery (operable). RBX7455 contains live intestinal microbes (active drug), which are obtained from healthy human stool and may restore the normal balance of microorganisms in the intestines through the transplant of live and beneficial microorganisms.

NCT ID: NCT03137693 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Preoperative Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR) for Early-Stage Breast Cancer

Start date: November 29, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study involves a course of radiation to the tumor that is delivered BEFORE surgery. The type of radiation is called stereotactic ablative body radiation therapy (SABR). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects, good and/or bad, of pre-operative SABR specifically focusing on its ability to reduce the chances that additional breast surgery will be needed, reducing the amount of breast/heart/lung tissue that is irradiated, and to study the tumor-tissue effects of SABR. The usual treatment for patients with early-stage breast cancer who have breast-conserving treatment (BCT) is to receive radiotherapy AFTER surgery, targeting either the whole breast or part of the breast.

NCT ID: NCT02824575 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Rebastinib Plus Antitubulin Therapy With Paclitaxel or Eribulin in Metastatic Breast Cancer

Start date: July 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of rebastinib when combined with antitubulin therapy with paclitaxel or eribulin in patients with advanced breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT01697293 Terminated - Clinical trials for Stage IV Breast Cancer

PTX-200, Paclitaxel, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, and Cyclophosphamide in Treating Patients With Stage IIB-IV Breast Cancer

Start date: January 2012
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of triciribine phosphate when given together with paclitaxel, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and cyclophosphamide and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage IIB-IV breast cancer. Triciribine phosphate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving triciribine phosphate with paclitaxel, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and cyclophosphamide may be a better treatment for breast cancer.
