NCT ID: NCT04213170 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Sintilimab Combined With Bevacizumab for Brain Metastases From Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: April 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective phase II clinical study to assess the efficacy of Sintilimab combined with Bevacizumab for driving gene-negative, asymptomatic brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer by intracranial ORR(iORR),also iPFS,ORR and PFS.The safety and tolerability is evaluated as well.

NCT ID: NCT04197297 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Brain Metastases, Adult

Brain Imaging Biomarkers in Patients With Brain Metastasis

Start date: October 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A biomarker is a measurable indicator of the severity or presence of some disease state. In this study, brain metastases patients who will be receiving radiation treatment, will undergo CT (Computed Tomography) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans prior to and after radiation treatment to measure these biomarkers. This is a single-center phase II study to validate the predictive abilities of biomarkers, in terms of determining how patients will respond to radiation treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04189172 Recruiting - Hydrocephalus Clinical Trials

MiDura-Study (Neuro-Patch in Duraplasty)

MiDura
Start date: February 6, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this study is to collect systematically and proactively data regarding the performance of Neuro-Patch, like complications and handling, under daily clinical practice when used as intended by the manufacturer

NCT ID: NCT04181684 Recruiting - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

LITT Followed by Hypofractionated RT for Recurrent Gliomas

GCCC 19140
Start date: January 8, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the treatment regimen of using Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (LITT) and Hypo-fractionated Radiation Therapy to treat patients with recurrent gliomas.

NCT ID: NCT04180501 Recruiting - Brain Metastases Clinical Trials

SRS Sequential Sindilimab in Brain Metastasis of NSLSC

Start date: November 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A phase II study on the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis by SRS sequential sintilimab

NCT ID: NCT04178057 Recruiting - Brain Tumor Clinical Trials

Phase I Clinical Study of GB222 to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and PK Profiles.

Start date: October 16, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to assess the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetic profiles, immunogenicity of GB222 in Chinese patients with relapsed/progressive high-grade glioma; moreover, changes in cerebral edema, changes in KPS score from baseline, objective response rate (ORR), 4-month progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS)will be evaluated. The dose reduction of hormone during continuous administration period will be observed.

NCT ID: NCT04163315 Recruiting - Tumor, Brain Clinical Trials

Multimodal Connectome Study of Brain Tumor-operated Patients

ConnecTC
Start date: December 12, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this pilot study, the investigators propose a multimodal evaluation of the brain connectivity of brain tumor patients, in order to better understand the effects induced by focal lesions on brain structure and function, as well as brain plasticity mechanisms that may occur in such condition. The investigators aim at drawing a multimodal brain connectivity map of focally brain-damaged patients, with a view to improve onco-functional neurosurgical practices.

NCT ID: NCT04158947 Recruiting - Brain Metastases Clinical Trials

A Study of HER2+ Breast Cancer Patients With Active Brain Metastases Treated With Afatinib & T-DM1 vs. T-DM1 Alone

HER2BAT
Start date: May 10, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is being done for the following reasons: The study has two parts. The purpose of the first part (Phase I) of the study is to find out the highest dose of Afatinib that can be given safely with T-DM1. The purpose of the second part of the study (Phase II) is to find out whether the dose of Afatinib with T-DM1 determined in Phase I will keep breast cancer from getting worse for a period of time.

NCT ID: NCT04135807 Recruiting - Glioblastoma Clinical Trials

Implantable Microdevice In Primary Brain Tumors

Start date: March 3, 2020
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This pilot study will assess the safety and feasibility of using an implantable microdevice to measure local intratumor response to chemotherapy and other clinically relevant drugs in malignant brain tumors. - The device involved in this study is called a microdevice. - The drugs used in this study will only include drugs already used systemically for the treatment of gliomas.

NCT ID: NCT04128306 Recruiting - Brain Tumors Clinical Trials

Brain Areas of Time-To-Contact Perception: an Awake Surgery Study

BRAIN-TIME
Start date: September 16, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

During a brain surgery targeted to remove a brain tumor, the neurosurgeon wakes up the patient to delimit the tumor area exactly, and identify the surrounding areas, to limit the surgery damages. The present project aims at testing the patient in this awake phase to determine the brain areas implied in time to contact (TTC) perception, a function that allows determining the arrival time of moving objects and used in many tasks of our daily life.
