The feasibility of the intervention will be tested through interviews with participants and stakeholders. "Proof of concept" will be tested through preliminary measures of physical activity measured before and after the intervention.

Opportunities to implement and evaluate system-wide change are rare. This observational, Hybrid II study leverages a real-world, system-initiated roll-out of R3, a supervisor-targeted implementation strategy aimed at infusing the use of evidence-based principles across multiple levels of the workforce within a public child welfare system. This project aims to study the effectiveness of R3 in impacting organizational inner-context variables and subsequent positive outcomes for one of the nation's most costly and vulnerable populations-families involved in the child welfare system.
There are three different phases to this study: 1. Screening phase to determine if you are eligible to participate in the study. 2. Study phase, which will entail diet and activity, exercise and then finally self monitoring goals. 3. End of treatment phase where you will be asked to complete questionnaires.
The role of surgical stress and anesthesia is unknown in the early childhood. In vitro and animal studies showed a risk for treatment with anesthesia in the developmental brain. Furthermore, stress is also an important risk factor for cognitive impairment. Therefore, the investigators want to investigate in a clinical prospective cohort study the role anesthesia and surgery on different cognitive parameters and self-controling mechanisms in children under 3 years.
