View clinical trials related to B-cell Lymphoma Recurrent.
Filter by:This study examines the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of anti-CD19 /CD22 CAR T cells (KQ-2002)manufactured on-site in adults with relapsed or refractory CD19+ B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or CD19+ B cell non Hodgkin lymphoma.
The goal of this clinical trial is to to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TranspoCART19 in patients with relapsed/refractory B-lymphoma. The main questions it aims to answer are: Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) Response rates Participants will be treated with the investigational medicinal product and will be followed for 36 months.
This study was a single-arm trial of autologous NK cell adjuvant therapy for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma. The locations isXiangyang No.1 People's Hospital, Hubei University of Medicine. The population was relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma. The sample size was 33. The intervention was R-GemOx regimen combined with autologous NK cells. The dose of autologous NK cells was body surface area x (2-4) x 109 cells. The course of treatment was once every 14 days. The primary outcome measure was ORR. The duration of assessment was for each treatment cycle, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 3 years, and 5 years of treatment.
This is a phase l, single arm, prospective open, dose-escalation study in patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B cell malignancies (ALL, NHL, CLL). The trial will include adult and pediatric patients. There will be three individual cohorts, defined by disease biology: pediatric ALL and aggressive pediatric NHL (Cohort 1), adult ALL (Cohort 2) and adult NHL/CLL (Cohort 3).
A phase I, open-label clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of LCAR-AIO, a triple-targeted cell preparation targeting CD19/CD20/CD22, in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma.
This will be a cohort study of all patients receiving Cluster of Differentiation 19 (CD19)-specific CAR T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory B cell haematological malignancies. Patients will receive cardiac assessment and have serum cardiac biomarkers, ECG, transthoracic echocardiogram and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging performed at baseline prior to CAR T cell therapy, 7 days post CAR T cell infusion, and 3 months post CAR T cell infusion. Abnormalities in these cardiac investigations will be used to demonstrate cardiac injury and identify which patients are most at risk of developing cardiac injury related to CAR T cell therapy.
Relapsed and refractory B cell malignancies show unfavorable prognosis, especially for adult patients. Now, there is no standard management for these patients. Induced-T cell-like NK cells with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-ITNK cells) is a promising treatment option for treating B cell derived malignancy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CAR-ITNK cells infusions in patients with relapsed and refractory B cell malignancies.
This is a phase 2, open-label, multicenter study evaluating axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel) as a 2nd line therapy in patients with Relapsed/Refractory aggressive B-NHL who are ineligible to receive Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation but eligible to receive CAR T-cell therapy.
Dose escalation and expansion phase I/IIa clinical study of recombinant humanized type II CD20 monoclonal antibody MIL62 injection combined with a novel selective Bruton Tyrosine Kinase(BTK) inhibitor Orelabrutinib in the treatment of recurrent/refractory CD20+B cell lymphoma
Although the anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapies have gained significant results in patients with relapsed and refractory B-cell hematologic malignancies. There are patients who resisted anti-CD19 CAR-T cells or with CD19 negative relapse. To make further improvement, combining CD19 and CD22 as dual-targets for CAR-T cells, which adapt the FasT CAR-T cells manufacture technology to shorten the manufacture time and maintain the stemness of CAR-T cells. We launch such a clinical trial using CD19 and CD22 targeted CAR-T cells for patients with relapsed and refractory B-cell NHL to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CD19 and CD22 targeted CAR-T cell therapy.
