View clinical trials related to Astigmatism.
Filter by:This is a monocentric retrospective, open-label clinical study in patients after unilateral or bilateral implantation of hydrophobic acrylic monofocal toric intraocular lens PODEYE TORIC and executed only with standard of care examinations. The investigational device is CE approved. The investigational device and all study products, including the devices used for the study examinations, have been used within the intended use specifications from the manufacturer. In addition, there were no invasive or other burdening examinations. The investigator is an accredited and experienced cataract surgeon and researcher. The primary endpoint is to determine rotational stability in a minimum of 120 eyes of patients with PODEYE TORIC IOL implantation after cataract surgery. Patients will be enrolled for the documentation and evaluation of retrospective data up to 6 months postoperatively.
This is an observational, prospective follow-up post-marketing study of CE marked medical devices aimed at treating astigmatism in patients with cataracts. The main objective is to evaluate the response of the intrastromal arcuate incisions procedure for the correction of low corneal astigmatism with the Catalys femtosecond laser using the Cassini Ambient equipment with iris registration in cataract surgery.
The purpose of this study to evaluate the overall performance of PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism contact lenses with MyDay® Toric contact lenses.
This study aimed to compare the clinical performance of two daily disposable toric contact lenses.
This is a multicentric, prospective, open-label PMCF study whereby patients undergoing routine cataract surgery will have mono- or bilateral implantation of hydrophobic acrylic monofocal toric intraocular lens PODEYE TORIC (study no. PHY2104)
The aim of the study is to present the effect of implanting intrastromal fresh corneal lenticule by SMILE surgery as a new method-approach to correct the corneal shape on purpose to reduce irregular astigmatism and increasing visual acuity after penetrating keratoplasty.
This is a single-center, prospective PMCF study whereby patients undergoing routine cataract surgery will have monolateral implantation of hydrophilic monofocal toric intraocular lens Ankoris.
we aimed to analyze the effects of cataract surgery using a 1.8-mm steep-axis clear corneal incision (CCI) on the posterior corneal surfaces based on the keratometry from the rotating Scheimpflug imaging device (Pentacam HR) in candidates for toric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation
To determine the effectiveness of correcting astigmatism by laser refractive surgery by a vectorial astigmatism outcome analysis that uses 3 fundamental vectors : target induced astigmatism vector ( TIA) , surgically induced astigmatism vector , and difference vector , as described by Alpins method.
The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical performance of PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism (P1fA) contact lenses with 1-DAY ACUVUE MOIST® for ASTIGMATISM (AMfA) contact lenses.
