Filter by:In a context where the use of inhalation devices for respiratory medications is associated with a high frequency of critical errors, our primary hypothesis is that the use of the HEPHAÏ solution reduces this frequency compared to standard care. The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the performance of the HEPHAÏ solution as a tool for improving the administration of inhaled treatments in patients undergoing pulmonary care for asthma and/or COPD, who are receiving treatment with Innovair® or Trimbow®. These two inhalers were chosen for reasons of feasibility and compatibility with the version of the HEPHAÏ software provided as part of the clinical investigation
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess whether wheeze as assessed by a commercially available wheeze monitor is comparable to lung function as measured during a spirometry test. The main questions it aims to answer are whether measures of airflow obstruction (FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF) correlate with wheeze score (Tw/Ttot%). Participants consenting to take part will undergo wheeze measurement prior to and during a spirometry test and will be asked to complete a series of symptom questionnaires.
The purpose of the study is to prove the clinical superiority of respiratory rehabilitation software "Redpill Breath" and evaluate the clinical improvement effect by 6-minute walk test of the software, compared to the manual rehabilitation management for those who need respiratory rehabilitation(COPD, Asthma, Lung Cancer, etc.)
