The purpose of this study is to investigate the cardiovascular changes during early postoperative mobilization of hip arthroplasty patients.

Eligibility Inclusion Criteria:

- Age > 18 years

- Primary THA

Exclusion Criteria:

- Alcoholism

- Known orthostatic hypotension

- Daily use of anxiolytic medication
