Filter by:Researchers at the Hospital for Special Surgery are trying to learn more about post-operative rheumatoid arthritis flare (RA). This study hopes to understand RA flare after total joint replacement surgery and what the result of flaring is for patients over the 6 weeks post operation. Through this study we aim to describe rates, characteristics, and risk factors of RA flare within 6 weeks of total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA)
This non-interventional study will observe the usage and efficacy of RoActemra/Actemra in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have recently begun treatment. The treatment regimen will be directed by the treating physician according to clinical practice. Patients are expected to be observed for approximately 6 months after beginning treatment.
This study will assess the long-term safety and efficacy of repeating treatment with MabThera, in combination with methotrexate and steroids, in patients who were previously randomized into MabThera study WA17042. This post-marketing study is designed to compare the safety of tofacitinib versus TNF inhibitor with respect to major cardiovascular adverse events and malignancies, excluding non-melanoma skin cancers when given to subjects with rheumatoid arthritis.
