Filter by:The primary objective of this study is: - To assess the efficacy and safety of dose regimens of ALX-0061 monotherapy administered subcutaneously (s.c.) to subjects with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The secondary objectives of this study are: - To assess the effects of ALX-0061 on quality of life, the pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and immunogenicity of ALX-0061 and to explore potential dose regimens for ALX-0061 monotherapy, based on safety and efficacy, for further clinical development. - To obtain parallel descriptive information concerning the efficacy and safety of tocilizumab (TCZ) s.c. in the same clinical trial RA population.
The overall objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of switching from immediate-release prednisone (conventional) therapy to delayed-release prednisone (RAYOS) in patients with moderately to severely active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), managed according to standard of care in clinical practice settings.
This study will evaluate the iovera° device in treating pain associated with total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This study will also assess if overall pain medication is reduced following TKA and will investigate the relationship between patients treated with the iovera° device and length of hospital stay, pain, patient satisfaction and improved rehabilitation.
This is a 12 week study that will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the 11 mg tofacitinib modified release tablet taken once a day in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who continue taking methotrexate. Results for the modified release tablets will be compared to the efficacy and safety of the 5 mg tofacitinib immediate release tablets taken twice a day in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who continue taking methotrexate.
