(wording: " cross study of safety skills of 677 patients treat by biopharmaceuticals for an inflammatory rheumatism). This survey has allowed showcasing patients difficulties in managing their treatment, including for those under subcutaneous biotherapy. More than 60% patients interviewed doesn't know symptoms to bring them to consult and mainly postpone to their injection. The aim of this study is to prove that nursing consultation can allow the patient to become independent in treatment management and thus avoid occurrence of adverse event.
This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study will assess the safety and pharmacokinetics of ZB002 in healthy participants and in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study consists of 2 parts. Part A: Single Ascending Dose (SAD), which will include only healthy volunteers. Part B: Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD), will commence after completion of the SAD study and will include RA participants.

This study is a pilot, proof of concept study to determine the effects of administering an oral short chain fatty acid (SCFA) supplement along with methotrexate as first line treatment of new onset rheumatoid arthritis (NORA) patients. Up to 50 participants will be included to obtain a sample size of at least 16 participants taking the oral supplement. The study team hypothesizes that oral SCFA will change the participants' gut microbiome and regulatory immune responses. Clinical data to assess for adverse events, stool, urine samples and peripheral blood will be collected at baseline, 2 and 4 months with an optional 6-month time point. Fecal microbiome will be analyzed. Adaptive immune responses will be analyzed from participant blood samples.
This is a longitudinal, observational, prospective, multicentre study conducted in France, among a representative sample of rheumatology doctors. The aim of this study is to describe in real life the therapeutic strategy when faced with a patient with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who requires initiation of treatment with biotherapy or targeted therapy. The evolution of the disease and the possible therapeutic adaptations will then be followed for 2 years.
