Filter by:The goal of this project is to quantify brain fibrin content using 64Cu-FBP8-PET in the brains of subjects ranging from cognitively normal to clinically diagnosed with ADRD to evaluate potential regional differences.
An open-label, proof-of-concept study to evaluate the safety and treatment effects of SLS-005 in Participants with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) treated once or twice weekly for 52 weeks.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of the vaccine ALZ-101 against Alzheimer's Disease. Patients diagnosed with early Alzheimer's will be included. The study have two parts. The Part A (including A1 and A2), includes four doses of ALZ-101 or corresponding placebo given over 16 weeks. Participant will be followed up to Week 30 in Part A1 and either continue in the extension part of the study, Part B, or complete Part A1. Participant not eligible to Part B will be followed up until Week 68 with no further dosing. Participant eligible for Part B will be treated with 2 doses of open-label ALZ-101, over 16 weeks and followed up during in total 68 weeks (Part A1 and B). Part A2 participants will be followed over 20 weeks.
Double blinded, sham-controlled, randomized trial on repeated transcranial alternating current brain stimulation (tACS) in neurodegenerative diseases. The investigators will evaluate whether a 4-times daily repeated stimulation with gamma tACS on the posterior parietal cortex can improve symptoms in patients with neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia with Lewy Bodies, Alzheimer's disease, idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus and Frontotemporal dementia.
In this study, a total of 60 AD patients with Aβ deposition will beenrolled.Qualified subjects will complete PET imaging scan of Tau imaging agent inXuanwuHospital, and each subject will receive three of the following five imaging agents: PI-2620, APN1607, AV1451, RO948 or GTP1.The imaging time interval between the two tracers should be at least 4 days but less than 4 weeks. All PET scans of each subject were completed within 3 months. To compare the different Tau tracers' binding ability (SUVR or Tau distribution change) of the same subject in AD population. Obtain the safety data of each tracer after injection.
This is a multi-center, Phase IIa, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in patients with Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
B cube is a new generation cohort to study the determinants and natural history of brain aging, using molecular epidemiology, in a representative sample (N=2000) of the general population from the age of 55 (the approximate age of onset of the first cognitive disorders and a target population particularly receptive to prevention messages). Special interest will be given to nutrition, a promising environmental exposure for prevention.
The goal of this Phase 2 MCI study is to determine whether 1.0 mg/kg XPro1595 is superior to placebo at improving measures of cognition, functioning and brain quality in individuals with MCI and biomarkers associated with neuroinflammation (APOE4) and to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of XPro1595.
The goal of this Phase 2 Alzheimer's study is to determine whether 1.0 mg/kg XPro1595 confers a benefit on cognition, function, and biomarkers of white matter and to further evaluate safety and tolerability. The objectives of this study are to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of XPro1595 in patients with early ADi.
This is a randomized, double-blind study of CMS121 or placebo given as single and multiple escalating doses in normal healthy subjects. The study will be conducted in 4 parts: Part 1 will be a SAD study enrolling approximately 48 young subjects for a total duration of 36 days. Part 2 will be a MAD study enrolling approximately 32 young subjects for a total duration of 43 days, and Part 3 will be a MAD study enrolling approximately 8 elderly subjects for 43 days. Part 4 will be an open-label SAD cross-over cohort of approximately 12 young subjects in a fed or fasted state to evaluate the effect of food on the bioavailability of CMS121, for a duration of 36 days.
