NCT ID: NCT03584984 Not yet recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Autogenous Bone Mixed With Xenograft Versus Xenograft Alone Versus Absorbent Gelatin Sponge

Start date: August 1, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Alveolar bone atrophy post-extraction has been well documented in the past years. normal healing event results in a minimal loss of vertical height (around 1 mm), but a substantial loss of width in the buccal-lingual plane (4-6 mm). Alveolar socket preservation is thought to deal with this issue as to prevent the loss of alveolar bone dimensions post extraction in the case of delayed implant placement

NCT ID: NCT03556111 Not yet recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Patient Satisfaction and Bone Gain Following Autogenous Particulate Sticky Bone Preparation With Xenograft Versus Without Xenograft for Grafting of Maxillary Anterior Knife Edge Ridge in Partially Edentulous Patients for Implant Placement

Start date: July 1, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim is to evaluate the value and efficiency of sticky bone in the augmentation of alveolar ridge deficiency when being used with or without xenogenic bone graft for esthetic implant placement.

NCT ID: NCT02985645 Not yet recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Graftless Maxillary Sinus Augmentation With CGF Utilizing DIVA System

Start date: December 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is intended to evaluate the efficiency of graftless maxillary sinus augmentation with concentrated growth factor (CGF) utilizing "dynamic implant valve approach" (DIVA) system.

NCT ID: NCT01963884 Not yet recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Relate Tooth Alveolar Extraction Socket Anatomy to Alveolar Remodeling Rate

Start date: January 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

In patients that are going to be subjected to a tooth extraction in the anterior maxillary (from canine to canine) does the position of the intact alveolar socket related to maxillary basal bone interferes with the rate of resorption and remodeling process of the alveolar ridge ?

NCT ID: NCT00544323 Not yet recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials

Alveolar Bone Loss Around 3 Different Designs of Dental Implant: Prospective Comparative Clinical Trail

Start date: November 2007
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

comparison of alveolar bone resorbtion/ changes for a period of 12 month post loading of different designs and brands of oral implants. in this study, a comparison between straumann SLA-active implants to MIS Mistral and Mistral -X implants.
