NCT ID: NCT05641272 Not yet recruiting - Allergic Rhinitis Clinical Trials

Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Polymerized, Mannan-Conjugated Dermatophagoides Allergen Extract

MM09-SLIM
Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Prospective, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of polymerized and mannan conjugated allergen extract of Dermatophagoides for the treatment of allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis with or without asthma. The main objective of the clinical trial is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the investigational medicinal product, administered sublingually, compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate-severe rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis with or without mild to moderate asthma and controlled using the Rhinitis/Rhinoconjunctivitis Combined Symptom and Medication Score (R-CSMS).

NCT ID: NCT04969653 Completed - Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

The Incidence of Venous Thromboembolism in Atopic Dermatitis

Start date: June 21, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to investigate the incidence of venous thromboembolism in people who are diagnosed with atopic dermatitis.

NCT ID: NCT04673591 Completed - Allergic Asthma Clinical Trials

Effects of Tregalizumab on Allergen-induced Airway Responses and Airway Inflammation in Asthmatic Patients

Tregulaire
Start date: December 9, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study will be conducted as a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single-center study in adult patients with mild controlled allergic asthma and house dust mite allergy.

NCT ID: NCT04109534 Recruiting - Allergic Asthma Clinical Trials

Effect of a Dietary Fatty Acid Supplementation on Symptoms and Bronchial Inflammation in Patients With Asthma

LCPUFA
Start date: October 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The proposed study will investigate the effect of a polyunsaturated fatty acid / lipid mixture (LCPUFAs) on the clinical symptoms, bronchial inflammation and lung function in allergic asthma in a bronchial allergen provocation (BAP) model. For this purpose, patients with stable episodic asthma and dust mite allergy will underwent BAP before and after supplementation with LCPUFAs. The clinical symptoms, bronchial inflammation, exhaled NO increase and lung function decline (FEV1) will be analyzed.

NCT ID: NCT01275456 Completed - Clinical trials for Allergy to House Dust Mite

Validation of an Environmental Exposure Chamber for Inhalation Studies With House Dust Mite Allergen in Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Start date: January 2011
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical validation study is aimed at testing the efficacy of a new environmental challenge chamber (ECC) to induce symptoms of allergic rhinitis in patients allergic to house dust mite. The symptoms will be recorded on a validated symptom score as Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS), allowing for determine whether the challenge is dose dependent and reproducible.

NCT ID: NCT01019291 Withdrawn - Allergic Asthma Clinical Trials

Role of Indoor Pollutants on House Dust Mite Allergic Asthma

Start date: n/a
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

It seems that the aldehydes and NO2, at the levels found indoor, could be the aggravating factors for an allergic response. However this effect has not been demonstrated. The investigators plan to study the effect of exposure to standard doses of these pollutants on the bronchial reactivity as measured by bronchial challenge tests with dust mite extract in volunteers asthmatic, allergic to house dust mite.
