The care should be person-centred, but it is not entirely clear how this is best achieved. The Institute for Palliative Care, Lund, has developed the Swedish Palliative Care Guide (S-PCG) which support for a person-centred approach throughout the palliative care process. The aim of this study is to implement the Swedish Palliative Care Guide (S-PCG) part 2 at Residential Facilities and evaluate functionality, effect and patient benefit in clinical use.
This study is a single-center, cross-sectional, and survey study. Through questionnaire surveys, information about the anxiety and depression status of residents of elderly care institutions in Zhejiang Province is collected. Through multi-factor analysis, the relevant influencing factors that affect their psychological status are clarified. The happy old age society provides reference opinions.
