Filter by:This study will test the recommended dose of AZD5363 (recommended from a previous phase 1 study of the drug) in patients with specific AKT mutations. In patients who have ER positive breast cancer with an AKT mutation, they will also be receiving a standard breast cancer drug called fulvestrant that is given as an injection. In patients who have prostate cancer with an AKT mutation, they will also be receiving a standard prostate cancer drug called enzalutamide that is taken orally.
Cancer drugs which target the effects of abnormal gene changes are called 'targeted therapies'. This study, called PM.1 or CAPTUR, will include some targeted therapies that are currently available. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the effects on a patient and their cancer when they are given a targeted therapy drug that is specific to an abnormal gene change in their cancer.
The purpose of this open-label, dose escalation-dose expansion, Phase 1 clinical trial is to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor activity and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of NOV1501 (ABL001).
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the tolerability and safety profile of ASP8374 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumor malignancies. Also primary purpose is to characterize the pharmacokinetic profile of ASP8374 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab. Last primary purpose of this study is to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ASP8374 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab. The secondary purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor effect (objective response rate [ORR], duration of response [DOR], persistence of response after discontinuation, and disease control rate [DCR]) of ASP8374 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab. This is a Phase I, open-label, uncontrolled, multicenter dose escalation and extension study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), to evaluate safety / tolerability and preliminary effects of BEL-X-HG in patients with advanced refractory solid tumors. Dose escalation during the study will be made based on dose-limiting toxicity (DLT).
An open-label, dose escalation and expansion clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK of fruquintinib in patients with advanced solid tumors, metastatic colorectal cancer and metastatic breast cancer.
The primary goal of this Phase 1 study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of tebotelimab and establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of tebotelimab in advanced solid tumors, and tebotelimab in combination with margetuximab in HER2+ advanced solid tumors. Pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics (PD), and the anti-tumor activity of tebotelimab will also be assessed.
IDO1 is expressed in a wide variety of human tumors (eg. bladder, breast, colon, DLBCL, HNSCC, lung, ovarian, uterine, renal…), and contributes to tumoral resistance. HTI-1090 (also referred as SHR9146 in nonclinical study reports) is an orally bioavailable, highly potent, novel small-molecule IDO1/TDO dual inhibitor, with favorable preclinical oral bioavailability and safety profiles.
This study is carried out to test the safety of a study drug called PRL3-ZUMAB. PRL3-ZUMAB is an investigational drug that has not yet been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authorities for commercial purposes. This is the first study in which PRL3-ZUMAB will be given to humans. The study drug has been tested in animals and was found to be well-tolerated with minimal side effects. This research study will test different doses of the drug to see which dose is safest in people.
This study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of escalating doses of quavonlimab when used in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
