Filter by:Subjects who previously took part in the FT500-101 study and received allogeneic NK cell immunotherapy will take part in this long term follow-up study. Subjects will automatically enroll into study FT-003 once they have withdrawn or complete the parent interventional study. The purpose of this study is to provide long-term safety and survival data for subjects who have participated in the parent study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study.
First-in-human, open-label, sequential dose escalation and expansion study of CPI-0209 in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas. CPI-0209 is a small molecule inhibitor of EZH2.
This is a first-in-human, multicenter, open-label, multiple-dose Phase I study to investigate the safety, tolerability, and initial efficacy of HX009 in subjects with advanced malignant tumors. The study will consist of a dose-escalation and dose-finding component to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to evaluate the preliminary antitumor activity of HX009.
CX1003 is a novel multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is designed to primarily inhibit vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) and hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR/MET). This study aimed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of CX1003 in patients with refractory advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT811, a protein arginine N-methyltransferase (PRMT) 5 inhibitor, in subjects with advanced cancers and high-grade gliomas who have exhausted available treatment options. The purpose of this study is to define a safe dose and schedule to be used in subsequent development of PRT811.
This is a Phase I, open-label, non-randomized, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and tolerability, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the dose limited toxicity(DLT) of LY01610 monotherapy and combine with 5-Fu in patients with advanced solid tumors. Additionally, the pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of LY01610 monotherapy and combine with 5-Fu will be investigated in this study.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of erdafitinib in terms of overall response rate (ORR) in adult and pediatric participants with advanced solid tumors with fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) alterations (mutations or gene fusions). It will also evaluate ORR in pediatric participants with advanced solid tumors and FGFR alterations.
This trial studies the delivery of the ENABLE palliative care program for patients with advanced cancer. The study compares two methods for delivering ENABLE: Virtual Learning Collaborative (VLC) and Technical Assistance (TA). The focus of the ENABLE palliative care program is on living well, managing stress, patient communication of their personal values and hopes for care, social support, and symptom management. This study may help practices to incorporate ENABLE palliative care services and improve overall mood and quality of life for patients with advanced cancer.
HS-10342 is a small molecular, oral potent, selective CDK4/6 inhibitor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety/tolerability and the pharmacokinetic profile of HS-10342 in Chinese advanced solid tumor patients. Preliminary efficacy will be also investigated in this study.
This is an open label, multi-center, phase I study of oral Simmitinib in subjects with advanced solid tumors including gastric cancer.
