NCT ID: NCT04282031 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Study of BPI-1178 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor and HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer

Start date: June 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

BPI-1178 is a novel, orally administered inhibitor of both cyclin-dependent kinase 4(CDK4)and CDK6 kinase activity. This Phase I study is a first-in-human (FIH) clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of oral BPI-1178 in patients with advanced solid tumors. The Phase IIa trial is designed to investigate the anti-tumor activity and safety of BPI-1178 in combination with endocrine therapy in patients with HR+/HER2-advanced breast cancer and to determine the dosing regimen for combination with endocrine therapy in a later confirmatory study.

NCT ID: NCT04282018 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Study of BGB-10188 as Monotherapy, and in Combination With Zanubrutinib, and Tislelizumab

Start date: May 25, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended dose for expansion (RDFE), safety and tolerability of BGB-10188 as monotherapy in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) mature B-cell malignancies; in combination with zanubrutinib in participants with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) or R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); and in combination with tislelizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04278859 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of a Recombinant Humanized mAb Specific to B-and T-Lymphocyte Attenuator (BTLA) for Injection in Subjects With Advanced Malignancies

Start date: April 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A 3-part (dose-escalation, dose-expansion and cohort-expansion) phase I clinical study of JS004 in subjects with advanced solid malignancies in China for the first time, to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity, antitumor activity and biomarkers of JS004, define the MTD and RP2D. A cycle is 21 days (3 weeks) which includes JS004 being administered IV Q3W. All patients will be treated until disease progression per RECIST v1.1 and iRECIST, or intolerable toxicity per CTCAE 5.0, withdrawal of consent, or end of the study, whichever occurs first.Disease progression must be confirmed at least 4 weeks but no longer than 8 weeks after initial documentation of progression.

NCT ID: NCT04272944 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Study of MSB2311 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 13, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human (FIH), open-label, Phase 1 dose-Escalation Study of MSB2311, a humanized anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody, in subjects with advanced solid tumors. Qualified subjects will be enrolled to receive their assigned dose regimen of MSB2311 until disease progression or intolerable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or end of study, whichever occurs first. The maximum treatment duration is 2 years. During the study, subjects will be evaluated for safety and toxicity, PK/PD, immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity of MSB2311.
