NCT ID: NCT06266299 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of KK2269 in Adult Participants With Solid Tumors

Start date: January 25, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human study of KK2269. Part 1 and Part 2 will be conducted as a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, dose-escalation study. Participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors for which no standard therapy is available will be enrolled in Part 1. In Part 1, the primary objective is to assess the safety and tolerability of KK2269. In Part 2, only participants with gastric adenocarcinoma, GEJ adenocarcinoma, esophageal adenocarcinoma, or NSCLC who have experienced at least one systemic therapy will be enrolled. In Part 2, the primary objective is to assess the safety and tolerability of KK2269 in combination with docetaxel and to determine the recommended dose(s) and dose interval(s) of KK2269 in combination with docetaxel for subsequent studies. In both Part 1 and Part 2, participants who refuse to undergo standard therapy are also eligible.

NCT ID: NCT06264921 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study With NKT3447 for Adults With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: February 23, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The goal of the Dose Escalation phase of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or preliminary recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of NKT3447 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The goal of the Expansion phase of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and the preliminary antitumor activity of NKT3447 in adult subjects with cyclin E1 (CCNE1) amplified ovarian cancer at the RDEs selected in Dose Escalation and to determine the preliminary recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).

ACESOT-1051
Start date: June 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of APR-1051 through the performance of a Phase 1, open-label, safety, PK, and preliminary efficacy study of oral APR-1051 in patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06258408 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Phase 1 Study of BB102 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: December 29, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, efficacy and preliminary food effect of BB102, a highly selective and potent FGFR4 inhibitor, as monotherapy in subjects with advanced solid tumors. This study has two phase: dose escalation phase and expansion phase.

Start date: February 18, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This single-armed, open, phase I study was designed to evaluate the safety and tolerance of ReT01 ACT injection in the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The phase I clinical trial is expected to be finished in 1 year.

NCT ID: NCT06257264 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Examine the Safety of Different Doses of BG-68501 Given to Participants With Advanced-Stage Tumors

Start date: February 28, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of BG-68501, a cyclin-dependent kinase-2 inhibitor (CDK2i), to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BG-68501 in participants with advanced, nonresectable, or metastatic solid tumors. The study will also identify a recommended dose for expansion (RDFE) in subsequent disease directed studies. The study will be conducted in 2 parts: Part 1 (dose escalation and safety expansion) and Part 2 (dose expansion).
