Phase Ib clinical study of Decitabine and Paclitaxel combination therapy
As part of the global clinical development program for Palbociclib, studies are planned in cancer patients in China. An assessment of Palbociclib pharmacokinetics in Chinese patients, as required by the Chinese Health Authorities, is therefore warranted. In addition, safety and efficacy will be also evaluated. The single and multiple 125 mg oral dose pharmacokinetics of Palbociclib will be characterized.
Docetaxol plus capecitabine regimen is the standard treatment for the anthracycline-pretreated patients with advanced breast cancer. Cisplatin is an important drug for advanced breast cancer and potential effective drug for triple negative breast cancer.The study primary objective:Assess ORR,TTP,TTF and 2 year PFS rate between docetaxol+capecitabine and docetaxol+cisplatin.
