A Phase 1b Trial of ATRC-101 in Adults With Advanced Solid Malignancies

Start date: February 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.

NCT ID: NCT04187872 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

LITT and Pembrolizumab in Recurrent Brain Metastasis

TORCH
Start date: January 10, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, historically controlled pilot study investigating the immune effect of Laser Interstitial ThermotHerapy (LITT)+ pembrolizumab in adult patients with a primary cancer approved by the FDA for treatment with an immune-checkpoint inhibitor who have recurrent brain metastasis after prior stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).

NCT ID: NCT04173338 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Cabozantinib With Pemetrexed in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, Urothelial Cancer and Malignant Mesothelioma

Start date: January 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will combine cabozantinib with pemetrexed to treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer, urothelial cancer and advanced malignant mesothelioma. This study will test the safety of both drugs used together and see what effect (good or bad) it has no participants and their cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04106167 Terminated - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Long-term, Non-interventional, Observational Study Following Treatment With Fate Therapeutics FT500 Cellular Immunotherapy

Start date: June 11, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Subjects who previously took part in the FT500-101 study and received allogeneic NK cell immunotherapy will take part in this long term follow-up study. Subjects will automatically enroll into study FT-003 once they have withdrawn or complete the parent interventional study. The purpose of this study is to provide long-term safety and survival data for subjects who have participated in the parent study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study.

NCT ID: NCT04066595 Terminated - Clinical trials for Urothelial Carcinoma

Cabozantinib in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Cell Carcinoma.

CabUC
Start date: February 10, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this Phase II study we investigate the benefit of cabozantinib treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastasized urothelial cell carcinoma who have been pre-treated with checkpoint inhibitors only (cohort 1) or who have been pre-treated with cisplatin-based chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors (cohort 2). We are lacking adequate response and outcome data in patients after immunotherapy and consider that this study will improve future treatment modalities for this important patient cohort.

NCT ID: NCT04060342 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: August 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This first-in-human (FIH ) study is an open-label, multicenter study that consists of a Phase 1 Dose Escalation/Expansion phase of GB1275 monotherapy or in combination with Anti-PD-1 Antibody or in combination with Standard of Care in Patients with Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma followed by a Phase 2 Basket Expansion phase in Patients with Specified Metastatic Solid Tumors

NCT ID: NCT03992131 Terminated - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate Rucaparib in Combination With Other Anticancer Agents in Participants With a Solid Tumor (SEASTAR)

Start date: June 28, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label, Phase 1b/2 study with multiple treatment arms evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of rucaparib in combination with a second anticancer therapy in participants with an advanced/metastatic solid malignancy (Phase 1b), followed by evaluation of the combination in one or more specific participant populations in an expansion phase (Phase 2 cohorts).
