View clinical trials related to Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Filter by:This is a prospective, single center, randomized, open-labled stage III clinical trial comparing the efficacy and safety of anthracyclin followed by weekly paclitaxel versus dose-dense anthracyclin followed by weekly paclitaxel versus dose-dense anthracyclin followed by weekly paclitaxel combined with carboplatin for high-risk, triple-negative early breast cancer.
This clinical study is an open-label, Phase 1, dose-escalation study to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the drug product produced by Administering CRX100 alone and in combination with Pembrolizumab in advanced solid malignancies. Patients will be screened and evaluated to determine whether or not they meet stated inclusion criteria. Enrolled subjects will undergo leukapheresis to enable the ex vivo generation of CRX100. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), malignant melanoma (excluding uveal melanoma), gastric cancer, triple negative breast cancer, and osteosarcoma. The study will start with monotherapy dose escalation followed by combination cohorts.
This study will investigate OC-001 as monotherapy, and in combination with an anti-Programmed Cell Death Protein-1 (PD-1) or anti-Programmed Cell Death Ligand-1 (PD-L1) Antibody inhibitor, in various cancer types
This research study is studying to evaluate sacituzumab govitecan for individuals with localized triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) The names of the study drugs involved in this study is: - Sacituzumab govitecan (SG) - Pembrolizumab (combination therapy with SG)
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety of Chidamide combined with Cisplatin for relapsed or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
This clinical trial is evaluating a drug called BT5528 alone and in combination with nivolumab in participants with advanced solid tumors historically known for expression of EphA2. The main goals of this study are to: - Find the recommended dose(s) of BT5528 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with nivolumab - Learn more about the side effects of BT5528 - Learn about how effective BT5528 is for the treatment of ovarian cancer, urothelial/bladder cancer, lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer, head and neck cancer (HNSCC), and gastric/upper gastrointestinal cancer. - Learn more about BT5528 therapy alone and in combination with nivolumab.
This is a multi-center , open-lable clinical trial. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a term applied to breast cancer cases that have <1% expression of the estrogen receptor (ER) and the progesterone receptor (PR) and do not over express HER2. TNBC is diagnosed in 15-20% of breast cancer cases and tends to occur in younger women and have biologically more aggressive high grade disease. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of the following two combinations: i) nab-paclitaxel+carboplatin; ii) nab-paclitaxel+capecitabine in subjects with advanced TNBC and up to one prior line of systemic treatment for metastatic disease. Maintenance therapy with capecitabine after completion of combination chemotherapy.
The relationship between immune inflammation-related protein complexes in blood of triple negative breast cancer patients and recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer will be studied.
Sequential immune apheresis plasma volume escalation cohort study of reduction of soluble Tumor Necrosis Factors Receptors 1/2 (sTNFR1/2), with or without Nivolumab, in patients with inoperable or metastatic solid Tumors. This study evaluates Immunicom fs LW-02 device used with Spectra Optia apheresis system, aiming to answer two different study questions: - Safety, tolerability and effectiveness of the device. - Safety, tolerability and effectiveness of the device, employed as monotherapy, or combined with Nivolumab.
This is a multicenter, open, randomized, comparison study. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a term applied to breast cancer cases that have <1% expression of the estrogen receptor (ER) and the progesterone receptor (PR) and do not over express HER2. Neoadjuvant therapy is often used to reduce the size of tumors, especially in locally advanced tumors. The purpose of this therapy is to make part of patients operable and to facilitate breast-conserving surgery. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of the following two proposals: nab-paclitaxel plus carboplatin versus nab-paclitaxel plus epirubicin, in order to provide support for rational clinical application. The total number of patients to be included in this study is 520 patients.
