NCT ID: NCT02766842 Withdrawn - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Evaluation of a New EUS Guided Biopsy Needle (SharkCore) Comparing to Standard EUS Needle (ProCore)

Start date: April 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Diagnosis of lesions of pancreas, the upper gastrointestinal tract, as well as adjacent structures, such as lymph nodes, is still showing advancements especially with the increased use of endoscopic ultrasound. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration and fine needle biopsy (EUS-FNA/FNB) have become mainstay diagnostic techniques for these lesions. The purpose of the study is to compare between the currently used, ProCore needles and the new biopsy needle, SharkCore, for the histological diagnosis and evaluation of lesions.

NCT ID: NCT02762981 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

Study to Evaluate Relacorilant (CORT125134) in Combination With Nab-paclitaxel in Participants With Solid Tumors

Start date: May 23, 2016
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study was to assess the safety of the combination of relacorilant (CORT125134), a novel glucocorticoid receptor (GR) antagonist, and nab- paclitaxel in participants with solid tumors and to determine the preliminary efficacy of the combination of relacorilant and nab-paclitaxel. The structure for the study was a single arm, non-randomized, open- label, multicenter trial with no control group.

NCT ID: NCT02761694 Terminated - Cancer Clinical Trials

Vevorisertib (ARQ 751) as a Single Agent or in Combination With Other Anti-Cancer Agents, in Solid Tumors With PIK3CA / AKT / PTEN Mutations (MK-4440-001)

Start date: June 26, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objectives of this study are: Part 1 - Vevorisertib as single agent: To assess the safety and tolerability of vevorisertib in participants with advanced solid tumors with v-Akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog (AKT) 1, 2, 3 genetic alterations, activating phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) mutations, phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN)-null, or other known actionable PTEN mutations; Part 2 - Vevorisertib in combination with other anti-cancer agents: To assess the safety and tolerability of vevorisertib in combination with paclitaxel or fulvestrant in participants with advanced, inoperable, metastatic and/or recurrent solid tumors with phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) / PTEN actionable mutations and/or AKT genetic alterations.

NCT ID: NCT02759666 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

A Phase I Trial of SHR3162 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: June 1, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, dose-escalation phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SHR3162 in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT02759640 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

A Phase I Trial of HS-10241 in Solid Tumors

Start date: September 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation trial of HS-10241 as monotherapy in subjects with solid tumors. HS-10241 will be administered orally once daily.

NCT ID: NCT02748837 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

A Study of ERY974 in Patient With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is the open label, multicenter Phase 1 study which consists of a dose escalation to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and cohort expansion to obtain a preliminary evaluation of anti-tumor activity. ERY974 is intravenously injected to patients with Glypican 3 positive advanced solid tumors until unacceptable toxicity or disease progression.

NCT ID: NCT02746081 Active, not recruiting - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

Phase I Study of BAY1436032 in IDH1-mutant Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 26, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is: - Determine the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of BAY 1436032 in patients with isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1)-R132X-mutant advanced solid tumors. The secondary objectives of this study are: - Evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of BAY1436032 in patients with IDH1-R132X-mutant advanced solid tumors. - Evaluate the effect of a standard high-fat, high calorie meal on the PK of BAY1436032. - Assess pharmacodynamic (PD) effects and evidence of clinical efficacy associated with BAY1436032 administration in patients with IDH1-R132X-mutant advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT02740270 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

Phase I/Ib Study of GWN323 Alone and in Combination With PDR001 in Patients With Advanced Malignancies and Lymphomas

Start date: July 22, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this trial is to explore the clinical utility of two investigational antibodies in patients with advanced cancer or lymphomas. This is a multi-center, open-label Phase I/Ib study. The study consists of two dose escalation parts and two dose expansion parts testing GWN323 as a single agent or GWN323 in combination with PDR001. The dose escalation parts will estimate the MTD and/or RDE and test different dosing schedules. The dose expansion parts of the study will use the MTD/RDE determined in the dose escalation part to assess the activity, safety and tolerability of the investigational products in patients with specific types of cancer and lymphomas. Approximately 264 adult patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas will be enrolled.

NCT ID: NCT02721043 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

Safety and Immunogenicity of Personalized Genomic Vaccine to Treat Malignancies

Start date: April 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of Personalized Genomic Vaccine 001 (PGV001) in subjects with advanced non-hematologic malignancies. PGV001 is a peptide vaccine that is based on a patient's own tumor sequence. Each patient's tumor is sequenced and peptides that correspond to the tumors are made. These peptides combined with the adjuvant Poly-ICLC (Hiltonol®, Oncovir) make PGV001. The adjuvant Poly-ICLC is added to boost the immune response to the peptides and together will expand immune cells to target cancer.
