Filter by:This is a single-center, randomized, open-label study to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of Famitinib and its metabolite SHR116637 at different doses/specifications.
In this study, the safety, tolerability and preliminary effectiveness of GNC-035 in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors will be investigated to assess the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) for MTD is not reached of GNC-035.
An open label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of STP707 with IV administration in subjects with advanced/metastatic or surgically unresectable solid tumors who are refractory to standard therapy.
This is a phase I, multi-center, open-label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and clinical activity of LP-118 in patients with advanced malignancies, including solid tumors and lymphomas. LP-118 is a BCL-2/BCL-XL small molecule inhibitor.
The FDA approved targeted agent tazemetostat inhibits EZH2 and induces durable tumor responses in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and epithelioid sarcomas. Responses have also been demonstrated in INI1 and SMARCA4 negative solid tumors patients. Since EZH2 plays a critical role in driving the biology of ARID1A mutated malignancies, we hypothesize that inhibition of EZH2 with tazemetostat will lead to significant clinical benefit in ARID1A mutated malignancies.
Infigratinib is an oral drug which selectively binds to fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 1-3. This is a multicenter, open-label, single arm phase IIa study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Infigratinib in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with FGFR2 genetic amplification or other advanced solid tumors with other FGFR genetic alternations who have failed in 2nd line or above treatment. This trial includes 2 cohorts (i.e., baskets) with above mentioned indications.
To assess safety, tolerability, PK, efficacy and determine recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of JAB-21822 (glecirasib) administered in adult participants with KRAS p.G12C-mutant advanced solid tumors.
An open-label, two-part Phase I/Ib study of RP12146 in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The first part (Part 1) is a Phase I dose-escalation, 3+3 design, open-label, MTD determination study and will enroll patients who have tumors known to harbour DNA repair deficiencies. The second part (Part 2) is a Phase Ib, dose-expansion at the MTD (or optimal dose) and will enroll patients with a confirmed deleterious HRR mutation in their tumor as identified by a central genomics testing laboratory.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerance, Dose-Limiting Toxicity (DLT), Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of ES102 (OX40 agonist) in combination with JS001 (anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor) in patients with advanced solid tumors.
To evaluate CAN1012(Selective TLR7 agonist) when administered by IT injection to subjects with advanced solid tumors who are not candidates for standard therapy.
