NCT ID: NCT04243720 Recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

Immune Resistance Interrogation Study

IRIS
Start date: August 26, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a prospective research study which will include patients who have progressed on immunotherapy as their most recent line of therapy. This study aims to characterize whether patients who fail to respond to immunotherapy versus patients who respond initially but after a period of time progress demonstrate different genomic, transcriptomic, epigenetic, immunophenotyping profiles. Patients will have a one-time fresh tumor biopsy. Serial blood samples (total amount of blood drawn may not exceed the lesser of 50 mL or 3 mL/kg in an 8 week period), archival tissue (if available) and one stool sample will be collected.

NCT ID: NCT04228406 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic Characteristics, and Preliminary Efficacy Evaluation of GST-HG161

Start date: July 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic characteristics, and preliminary efficacy evaluation of the selective c-MET inhibitor GST-HG161 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors: An open, single and multiple administration, dose escalation, and expanded phase I trial

NCT ID: NCT04214730 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Study of NK Combined With Chemotherapy for Advanced Solid Tumor

NK
Start date: December 31, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Combinations Natural Killer Cell (NK) With chemotherapy treatment may enhance the immune response and stop cancer cells from growing.

NCT ID: NCT04214717 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Study of DC-CIK Combined With Chemotherapy for Advanced Solid Tumor

DC-CIK
Start date: December 31, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Combinations of Dendritic cell-activated cytokine-induced killer cell (DC-CIK) With chemotherapy treatment may enhance the immune response and stop cancer cells from growing.

NCT ID: NCT04198766 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of INBRX-106 and INBRX-106 in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors (Hexavalent OX40 Agonist)

Start date: December 10, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, non-randomized, 4-part Phase 1 trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX 106 administered as a single agent or in combination with the anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) pembrolizumab (Keytruda).

NCT ID: NCT04196257 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

BP1001-A in Patients With Advanced or Recurrent Solid Tumors

Start date: August 19, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I, open-label, study of BP1001-A in participants with advanced or recurrent solid tumors. The dose escalation phase will determine the safety and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) of BP1001-A as a single agent. After the MTD or MAD of BP1001-A is established, the dose expansion phase will commence and determine the safety, toxicity and response of BP1001-A in combination with paclitaxel.

NCT ID: NCT04185831 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A MolEcularly Guided Anti-Cancer Drug Off-Label Trial

MEGALiT
Start date: October 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, open-label, non-randomized combined basket- and umbrella trial divided in two parts; a limited feasibility-oriented part 1 including 154 patients and 3 treatment cohorts and part 2 that will include an expanded cohort of patients and treatment cohorts. The overall aims of the study are to test the feasibility, safety and efficacy of comprehensive genomic profiling on fresh tumor biopsies as a basis for treatment decision making and to compare two different sequencing, bioinformatics and decision-making platforms (part 1). Also to evaluate the efficacy and safety of off-label treatment with cancer drugs in patients selected based on genomic biomarker matching.

NCT ID: NCT04183764 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

MAX-40279-01 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: November 28, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, non-randomized, open-label, single-arm, dose-escalation Phase I study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of MAX-40279-01 in patients with advanced solid tumor.

NCT ID: NCT04175847 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A Phase I /IIa Study of RC88-ADC in Subjects With Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors

Start date: April 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a multicenter, open, multi-cohort extended PHASE I/IIa study, consisting of 2 phases:Phase I (Phase I dose escalation) and Phase II (Phase IIa multi-cohort extension). The objective of this study was to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic characteristics, and initial efficacy in malignant pleural mesothelioma and MSLN in advanced malignant solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04165772 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Study of Induction PD-1 Blockade in Subjects With Locally Advanced Mismatch Repair Deficient Solid Tumors

Start date: December 11, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, TSR-042, followed by standard chemoradiotherapy (the chemotherapy drug capecitabine + radiation therapy) and standard surgery is an effective treatment for advanced dMMR solid tumors. The study will also look at the safety of the study drug.
