Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of surufatinib, thereby identifying the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of surufatinib administered in combination with gemcitabine in pediatric patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors or lymphoma. The study will be conducted in 2 parts.
This is a single-center, randomized, open-label study to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of Famitinib and its metabolite SHR116637 at different doses/specifications.
An open-label, two-part Phase I/Ib study of RP12146 in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The first part (Part 1) is a Phase I dose-escalation, 3+3 design, open-label, MTD determination study and will enroll patients who have tumors known to harbour DNA repair deficiencies. The second part (Part 2) is a Phase Ib, dose-expansion at the MTD (or optimal dose) and will enroll patients with a confirmed deleterious HRR mutation in their tumor as identified by a central genomics testing laboratory.
Immune checkpoint blockade has made great but unsatisfied success in treating cancers. One important reason is the hijacked HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) antigen presentation. Eliglustat could inhibit glycosphingolipids synthesis and restore HLA-I antigen presentation and transform the immunogenicity of tumor cells. Therefore,GSL synthetase inhibitor eliglustat in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitor may explore a new avenue for therapeutic intervention in cancer.
An article to present how cancer patients were taken in charge at Lyon University Hospital Cancer Institute (France) during the first peak of the COVID-19 pandemic between March and May 2020 is under writing. It will present strategies that were set-up to avoid cross-contamination between patients and caregivers, patients treatment adaptation (timing, dosage,..) and how consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, surgical procedures and clinical trials were impacted. Part of this article will also illustrate the characteristics of patients with a solid tumor(s) that have been hospitalized during this timeframe for the COVID-19. How cancer type and stage affect Covid severity and mortality.will be described for a small sample of patients (44). These qualitative figures will be compared to literature current state of the art.
A Phase 1, Open-Label, Dose Escalation, and Cohort Expansion Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics (PK) and Clinical Activity of DT2216, an Antiapoptotic Protein Targeted Degradation Compound, in Subjects with Relapsed or Refractory Malignancies
To evaluate safety, tolerance and efficacy of TASO(TGF-β2 targeting anti-sense oligonucleotide)-001 in combination with recombinant interleukin-2(Aldesleukin) in advanced or metastatic solid tumor and to find appropriate dose for phase 2 clinical trial.
This is an open label, multi-center, multiple dose Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, MTD or MAD, PK, and PD of TJ210001 in subjects with relapsed or refractory advanced solid tumors. Beginning with Dose Level 1, TJ210001 will be given every week starting on Cycle 1 Day 1 (C1D1). The criteria for dose escalation/de-escalation will be based on the Bayesian optimal interval (BOIN) design with sequentially enrolled cohorts. The BOIN design is implemented in a simple way similar to the traditional 3+3 design but is more flexible and possesses superior operating characteristics that are comparable to those of the more complex model-based designs, such as the continual reassessment method (CRM).
This is a phase I/Ib, first-in-human (FIH), open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety and tolerability, biological and clinical activities of GEN-001 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on at least two lines of approved therapy for their histological subtypes which includes an anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 based therapy (as mono or combination), when administered as combined with avelumab.
A Phase I, Open-label, Fixed-Sequence Study to Evaluate the Effect of Multiple-dose Itraconazole or Rifampicin Capsules on the Single-dose PK Profiles of IMP4297 Capsules in Healthy Subjects
