NCT ID: NCT04093141 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer

Chemotherapy Followed by Irreversible Electroporation in Patients With Unresectable Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

CHEMOFIRE-2
Start date: May 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a single-arm clinical trial of irreversible electroporation (IRE) for the treatment of unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC). The aim of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of IRE in this patient group. A statistical analysis of patient survival will be performed, comparing study participants to historical data from the Danish national database of pancreatic cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT04089150 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

MFOLFIRINOX And Stereotactic Radiotherapy (SBRT) for Pancreatic Cancer With High Risk and Locally Advanced Disease

MASTERPLAN
Start date: October 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, multicentre randomised, phase II clinical trial, with randomisation 2:1 by minimisation and stratification by tumour stage, planned chemotherapy and institution.

NCT ID: NCT04085055 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Neoplasms

Fine Needle Biopsy of Solid Pancreatic Mass Lesions

Start date: September 9, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized trial to evaluate and directly compare the tissue quality, diagnostic sucess and safety profile of four different Fine Needle Biopsy needles.

NCT ID: NCT04084496 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

mFOLFIRINOX as Adjuvent Chemotherapy in Treating Chinese Pancreatic Cancer Patients

Start date: September 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Although FOLFIRINOX regimen was recently presented to be effective as adjuvant chemotherapy for resectable pancreatic cancer in selected patients who have good physical condition, there is still insufficient evidence on this regimen in treating resectable pancreatic cancer patients in China. Since for many tumors, different races may show different responses to the same regimen, we design this open phase Ⅱ study to evaluate the the efficacy and safety of mFOLFIRINOX as adjuvant chemotherapy for resectable pancreatic cancer in China.

NCT ID: NCT04075305 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The MOMENTUM Study: The Multiple Outcome Evaluation of Radiation Therapy Using the MR-Linac Study

MOMENTUM
Start date: February 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The Multi-OutcoMe EvaluatioN of radiation Therapy Using the Unity MR-Linac Study (MOMENTUM) is a multi-institutional, international registry facilitating evidenced based implementation of the Unity MR-Linac technology and further technical development of the MR-Linac system with the ultimate purpose to improve patients' survival, local, and regional tumor control and quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT04048278 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Lidocaine Infusion in Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: November 8, 2018
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study elucidates the effects of the intravenous (IV) lidocaine infusion on the biology of pancreatic circulating tumor cells (CTCs) isolated from patients undergoing robotic pancreatectomy for all types of pancreatic cancer. A prospective randomized controlled double blinded trial design will be used for the proposed study.

NCT ID: NCT04028479 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated With Testing and Treatment

ROOT
Start date: May 5, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.

NCT ID: NCT04027088 Recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

Effect of Preoperative Immunonutrition in Upper Digestive Tract

Start date: August 10, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Randomized, double-blind, multicenter clinical trial that will evaluate the effects of immuno-nutrition in the preoperative period in patients with cancer of the upper digestive tract (esophagus, stomach, and pancreas). The aim is to compare the specific effect of the immunonutrients respect to an equivalent formula in caloric-protein value but without immunonutrients, in the surgical evolution of the cancer patient.

NCT ID: NCT04025840 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Perioperative Epidural Block and Dexamethasone in Pancreatic Cancer Surgery

Start date: September 11, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Pancreatic cancer remains a devastating disease with an average 5-year survival rate of about 3-5%. Previous retrospective studies showed that perioperative epidural block and/or dexamethasone are associated with improved outcome after cancer surgery. This randomized trial aims to investigate the effect of perioperative epidural block and/or dexamethasone on long-term survival in patients following pancreatic cancer surgery.

NCT ID: NCT04012021 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials
