Filter by:ExoLuminate is a nationally-enrolling registry study designed for earlier detection of cancer in patients at elevated risk or clinically-suspicious for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Those with elevated risk for PDAC can include individuals with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms, family history of pancreatic cancer, germline mutations in genes known to be associated with cancer, and a personal or family history of pancreatitis. The goal of the study is to compare the performance of ExoVeritaâ„¢ assay in early detection of PDAC to current standard-of-care methods of surveillance.
The efficacy of advanced pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer needs to be further improved. Claudin is a kind of integrin membrane protein in the tight junction between epithelium and endothelium, which is highly expressed in gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer. Preclinical studies suggest that Claudin18.2CAR-T can effectively improve the remission rate of patients with advanced solid tumors.
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the feasibility of collecting pancreatic juice through duodenal aspiration by ultrasound endoscopy (EUS) for molecular marker testing after intraduodenal infusion of vinegar in patients with suspected pancreatic cancer and who are scheduled to have endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA). The main questions it aims to answer are: - Is vinegar-induced collection of duodenal pancreatic juice via endoscopic ultrasound feasible? - What is the best operating condition (amount of vinegar, collection time, etc.) of vinegar-induced collection of duodenal pancreatic juice via endoscopic ultrasound? Participants will have EUS as scheduled, during which different amount of vinegar will be infused into duodenum and then pancreatic juice be collected for different time via suction by EUS. Researchers will compare the amount of collected pancreatic juice and molecular marker level in different groups to determine the best operating condition for vinegar-induced collection of duodenal pancreatic juice via endoscopic ultrasound.
This trial is a single-arm, multicenter clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Docetaxel for Injection (Albumin-bound) in patients with pancreatic cancer.
This is a multicenter, retrospective, observational study. Textbook outcome is a composite outcome measure for surgical quality assessment. The aim of this study was to assess textbook outcome following laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in China, identify factors independently associated with achieving textbook outcome and analyze hospital variations regarding the textbook outcome after case-mix adjustment.
Pancreatic carcinoma patients got benefit from adjuvant therapy after radical surgery. Gemcitabine combined with albumin-paclitaxel was recommended as the first-line regimen for adjuvant chemotherapy by NCCN guidelines. The most common non-hematological adverse events associated with gemcitabine combined with albumin-paclitaxel treatment were fatigue (54%), followed by alopecia (50%), and grade 3 or higher adverse events were mainly granulocytopenia, leukopenia, fatigue, and peripheral nerve damage. Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is the most common concomitant symptom in cancer patients, especially during chemotherapy, which has a negative impact on patients' work, social relationships, emotions and daily activities. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to improve CRF in cancer patients. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, CRF patients will have a series of syndromes such as low function of viscera, general weakness, and emaciation, which last for more than 2 weeks and affect patients' physiology and psychology at the same time. Codonopsis pilosula Nnannf can restore the postoperative immune ability of patients as soon as possible after chemotherapy.
Doctors and researchers leading this study hope to learn more about peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in combination with cytoreduction (surgically removing tumors). They hope to learn if combining PRRT in combination with cytoreduction would be more effective than cytoreduction alone. PRRT itself is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for people with PanNETs however the combination with cytoreduction is considered experimental. Your participation in this research will last about 2 years. The purpose of this research is to gather information on the safety and effectiveness of PRRT.
This monocentric study aims at evaluating the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation from newly diagnosed cachectic and non-cachectic pancreatic cancer patients, and healthy volunteers on several cachexia-related parameters of germ-free mice.
An observational cross-sectional follow-up study on the quality of life (two aspects, digestive physiological and social psychological functions) of solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas (SPN) patients recruited in PUMCH from 2001 to 2026. The quality of life is evaluated by a questionnaire made up of eight validated scales.
Based on the cell free nucleic acid analysis information of blood samples and genetic mutation profile of EUS-FNB tissue from pancreatic cancer, the concordance between them is evaluated. And based on this information, biomarkers for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of pancreatic cancer are explored.
