This Phase I clinical trial aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) profile and preliminary efficacy of intratumoral injection of Carbon Nanoparticle-Loaded Iron [CNSI-Fe(II)] in patients with advanced solid tumors. The study also aims to observe dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) of CNSI-Fe(II) to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the highest injectable dose in humans, providing dosing guidelines for future clinical studies. CNSI-Fe(II) shows promise as an innovative tumor therapeutic agent due to its unique properties of ferroptosis. The study primarily focuses on assessing the potential efficacy of CNSI-Fe(II) in patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly in patients with Kras mutation, e.g., pancreatic cancer patients.
The goal of this interventional study is to learn about the efficacy of first-line chemotherapy with Gemcitabine in metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma patients expressing the GemCore signature in their tumor. The main question it aims to answer is to assess efficacy of Gemcitabine (tumor response, survival rate) in the population of patient bearing the GemCore signature. Participants will start the chemotherapy with Gemcitabine as usually performed in standard care of their center. They will consent to a genomic analyze of their tumor to know if it bears the GemCore signature. The center will manage the participant's follow up as usually realized in standard care.
This is a multicenter, prospective, observational study to evaluate the utility of the Invitae Personalized Cancer MonitoringTM assay for patients with resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer. Using tumor tissue, a personalized blood test (the Invitae Personalized Cancer MonitoringTM test) will be developed that can be used for repeated monitoring to assess for the presence or absence of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). The presence of residual cancer cells after treatment is known as molecular residual disease (MRD) and the detection of ctDNA can provide evidence of the presence of MRD. Participants in this study will have their blood drawn at various time points throughout their cancer treatment to test for ctDNA and monitoring with the Invitae Personalized Cancer MonitoringTM test will continue until disease progression or the duration of the study.
This is a single-arm, open, dose-increasing phase I clinical study to explore the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug C-13-60 cells, and preliminarily observe the efficacy of the drug in CEA positive late malignant solid tumors, and explore the applicable dose regimen for phase II clinical trials.
This is a prospective cohort study. The investigators enroll subjects with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), individuals at high risk for PDAC, patients with other pancreatic diseases, patients with CA19-9 elevation and controls without pancreatic disease. This study aims to establish a diagnostic prediction model by using elastase 1, common clinical serological examinations, and imaging examinations including endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), and to explore the diagnostic ability of the model in the high-risk population of PDAC. Besides, the investigators search for new biomarkers by multi-omics studies of serum and pancreatic tissues to further improve the diagnostic performance of this model. In conclusion, this study seeks a robust diagnostic prediction model to diagnose PDAC, especially early resectable PDAC.
The goal of this observational study is to screen and differentiate common cancers in participants with or without suspicious lesions. The main question the investigators aim to answer is: Can the developed model, using peripheral blood cell-free DNA sequencing, work well in screening and classifying common cancers especially in the early stages? Participants will undergo the collection of 15~20ml of blood and 1~2 telephone follow-up calls.
The goals of this trial are: 1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of C3 administration with Gemcitabine; and 2) To assess the disease response following C3 administration with Gemcitabine. The main question it aims to answer are: 1) Is C3 in combination with Gemcitabine safe, tolerable, and effective for reducing improving advanced stage pancreatic cancer? and 2) Can C3 in combination with Gemcitabine prolong the lives of patients with advanced stage pancreatic cancer. Participants will receive a combination of metformin (850 mg twice a day), digoxin (0.25 mg once a day), and simvastatin (20 mg once a day), also known as C3, and Gemcitabine (as per standard of care) for 2 years. If patients decline Gemcitabine, they will be offered the C3 medications only.
