View clinical trials related to Pancreatic Cancer.
Filter by:A prospective, open-label phase 2/3 trial in metastatic pancreatic cancer subjects who have failed two lines of prior systemic therapy. The trial is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SM-88 used with MPS (methoxsalen, phenytoin and sirolimus) in pancreatic cancer and will measure multiple endpoints, including overall survival, progression free survival, relevant biomarkers, quality of life, safety, and overall response rate. (Part 1 enrollment complete) In the initial stage of the trial (36 subjects), two dose levels of SM-88's metyrosine-derivative was evaluated. (Part 2 actively enrolling) The second part will consist of a subsequent expansion of the trial to further assess safety and efficacy of SM-88 used with MPS containing the selected SM-88 RP2D from Part 1. A total of 250 subjects in the second part will be randomized 1:1 either to the SM-88 arm (125 subjects) or Physician's Choice of therapy for the Control Arm (125 subjects). Subjects should have previously received two lines of prior systemic therapy.
In this study the investigators retrospectively report outcomes of direct transluminal EUS-BD in a series of patients with malignant biliary obstruction after failed ERCP as the experience of a single Italian center
The main objective of the study is to evaluate the size of the common bile duct (CBD) in a large cohort of patients with jaundice secondary to pancreatic head or distal bile duct malignancy undergoing diagnostic EUS for tissue acquisition or evaluation of resectability and to establish factors associated with a dilation of the CBD greater than 15mm.
This is a 2-part study to evaluate the safety and antitumor activity of MSC-1. MSC-1 is a first-in-class, humanized monoclonal antibody (IgG1) which binds to the immunosuppressive human cytokine Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF), and is intended to treat adult patients with Advanced Solid Tumors. In part 1, multiple dose levels of MSC-1 in patients with advanced solid tumors will be studied to determine the recommended dose for further evaluation of safety and efficacy in Part 2.
FOLFIRINOX regimen is first-line neoadjuvant chemotherapies for patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) worldwide. However, FOLFIRINOX is not well accepted in China because of the high prevalence of adverse events and poor tolerance. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of modified-FOLFIRINOX (mFOLFIRINOX) in Chinese LAPC patients and compare survival between LAPC patients with mFOLFIRINOX-based preoperative therapy and LAPC patients who underwent surgery alone.
This is a Phase 1/1b open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study of CPI-006, a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting the CD73 cell-surface ectonucleotidase in adult subjects with select advanced cancers. CPI-006 will be evaluated as a single agent, in combination with ciforadenant (an oral adenosine 2A receptor antagonist), in combination with pembrolizumab (an anti-PD1 antibody), and in combination with ciforadenant and pembrolizumab.
The purpose of this study is to determine if the combination of paclitaxel protein bound, gemcitabine, cisplatin, paricalcitol are effective in individuals with previously untreated metastatic pancreatic cancer.
The study is divided into two parts. The first part of the study will test various doses of ASN007 to find out the highest safe dose to test in five specific groups. The second part of the study will test how well ASN007 can control cancer.
The purpose of this study is to see if a treatment regimen with a combination of paclitaxel protein bound (also known as nab-paclitaxel), gemcitabine, and cisplatin when given with high dose Ascorbic Acid will be safe and effective in individuals with untreated metastatic pancreatic cancer.
The purpose of this study is to develop a test for detection of pancreatic cancer by looking at the subject's DNA.
