PAncreas Borderline and Locally Advanced Snapshot Study

PALASS
Start date: September 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The project's objective is to carry out prospectively, in France, for one year, a descriptive registry study in the management of patients with borderline or locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and to collect both the patient's demographic characteristics, but also the therapeutic regimens applied, the types of surgeries performed and the outcome of the patients after surgery, and at three months of follow up (preoperative data, complications's post surgery, quality of the resection, etc.)

Phase 1 Study of BPI-442096 in Advanced Solid Tumor Patients

Start date: June 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A first-in-human study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and establish the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of BPI-442096, a SHP2 inhibitor, in patients with advanced solid tumors.

EpiDetect Study: Clinical Validation of a Pancreatic Cancer Detection Test in New-Onset Diabetes Patients

Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Bluestar Genomics has developed a non-invasive test that aids in the qualitative detection of occult pancreatic cancer in patients with new onset type II diabetes (NOD) who are 50 years old or older. The purpose of this study is to validate the performance of Bluestar Genomics early-detection pancreatic cancer test. The study is prospective, longitudinal and interventional; tests will be ordered and results returned to site-investigators. If the assay returns a pancreatic cancer signal "detected" result, the study participant will undergo MRI imaging to evaluate for the presence of pancreatic cancer. The study is planned to enroll 10,000 newly diagnosed type II diabetic subjects according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.

SHR6390 Plus Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine in Advanced/Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: January 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of SHR6390 in combination with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in first-line treatment of subjects with advanced/metastatic pancreatic cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05184790 Not yet recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

LEARN: Learning Environment for Artificial Intelligence in Radiotherapy New Technology

LEARN
Start date: January 31, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will develop a whole-of-body markerless tracking method for measuring the motion of the tumour and surrounding organs during radiation therapy to enable real-time image guidance. Routinely acquired patient data will be used to improve the training, testing and accuracy of a whole-of-body markerless tracking method. When the markerless tracking method is sufficiently advanced, according to the PI of each of the data collection sites, the markerless tracking method will be run in parallel to, but not intervening with, patient treatments during data acquisition.

Pembrolizumab With Olaparib as Combined Therapy in Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: June 17, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A phase II study combining pembrolizumab with olaparib in metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma patients with high tumour mutation burden

NCT ID: NCT05010226 Not yet recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Focused Ultrasound for the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer - an International Registry

Start date: September 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of the registry is to collect data on the performance of the focused ultrasound (FUS) technology and health outcomes. A wide variety of approaches exist for using FUS on pancreatic cancer patients, and the primary goal is to capture this broad spectrum of approaches and their impact on patients overall health. This information will help provide a better understanding of current care, and may possibly direct further, more specific investigations that will follow this registry.

TT-4 as a Single Agent in Subjects With Advanced Selected Solid Tumors

Start date: December 15, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of orally administered TT-4 in subjects with advanced selected solid tumors. The dose escalation portion of the study will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TT-4.
