NCT ID: NCT03060720 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Systematic Hereditary Pancreatic Cancer Risk Assessment and Implications for Personalized Therapy

Start date: February 24, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This research study is looking at people with cancer of the pancreas to find clinical factors that can explain the presence of genetic mutations

NCT ID: NCT03033927 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Predicting Effective Therapy in Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: January 24, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this phase II study is to develop a test to predict response of pancreatic cancer to different chemotherapy regimens.

NCT ID: NCT02955940 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

An Open-Label Study to Enable Continued Treatment Access for Subjects Previously Enrolled in Studies of Ruxolitinib

Start date: November 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to provide continued supply of ruxolitinib alone, ruxolitinib plus background cancer therapy, or background cancer therapy alone to subjects from an Incyte-sponsored study of ruxolitinib that has reached its study objectives or has been terminated. This study will also provide another mechanism for reporting adverse events related to study drug safety.

NCT ID: NCT02921022 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Study Of Gemcitabine, Nab-paclitaxel, PEGPH20 and Rivaroxaban for Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Start date: October 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called PEGPH20. PEGPH20 alone is considered investigational. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the marketing or sale of PEGPH20, but have authorized its use in research studies with humans. PEGPH20 could shrink the cancer but it also can cause side effects. PEGPH20 is an enzyme that breaks down a specific tissue component called hyaluronan produced by some tumors. Pancreatic tumors often have a large amount of hyaluronan. The removal of hyaluronan from tumors may decrease tumor growth.

NCT ID: NCT02919787 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Nordic Pancreatic Cancer Trial (NorPACT) - 1

Start date: September 2016
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluate the additional effect of adding chemotherapy prior to resection of a pancreatic head malignancy. The patients will be randomized into two groups; surgery first (control group) and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (intervention). Primary endpoint is overall survival after resection

NCT ID: NCT02791334 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Anti-PD-L1 Checkpoint Antibody (LY3300054) Alone and in Combination in Participants With Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors

PACT
Start date: June 29, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of anti-programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) checkpoint antibody LY3300054 in participants with advanced refractory solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT02781012 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Project Survival-Prospective Biomarker Discovery

Start date: March 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This sample-collection study is open to participants in several categories: healthy volunteers (with or without a family history of pancreatic cancer) and individuals diagnosed with pancreatitis or any stage of pancreatic cancer. All participants will submit urine, saliva and blood samples; pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer patients will also submit tissue samples if biopsy/ies or surgery is part of the care being provided by their doctor. In partnership with Berg Health, LLC, biomarkers will be investigated for potential use in early detection of pancreatic cancer, to determine prognosis of patients, and to find the most appropriate treatments for patients.

NCT ID: NCT02745847 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Re-irradiation With Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Relapsed Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: May 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The safety and efficacy of re-irradiation with stereotactic body radiotherapy for relapsed pancreatic cancer will be evaluated.

NCT ID: NCT02723331 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Perioperative Therapy for Resectable and Borderline-Resectable Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma With Molecular Correlates

Start date: December 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to estimate the R0 resection rate in patients with Resectable Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (R-PDAC) as well as those with Resectable Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (BR-PDAC) independently in response to neoadjuvant sequential therapy of combination nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine followed by stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).

NCT ID: NCT02643498 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

A Dose Escalation Trial of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) After Induction Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: December 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find out the maximum dose of SBRT that can be safely given after chemotherapy for treatment of pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed surgically.
