Studying these might help researchers learn about the biology of cancer. This may lead to better ways to treat cancer. Objectives: To study the biology of cancer. Eligibility: Adults 18 and older with malignant solid tumors. Design: Participants will be screened with medical history, blood tests, and confirmation of diagnosis. Participants will have samples taken at regularly scheduled procedures. Fluids from the abdomen and/or lungs will be taken as part of the procedures. Blood will be taken separately. This is a phase II study in patients with recurrent platinum resistant or refractory C5 high-grade serous, endometrioid or undifferentiated ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. All patients with high-grade serous, endometrioid or undifferentiated primary peritoneum, fallopian tube or ovarian cancer will be eligible to be screened for this trial and will be required to sign a pre-screening consent form.
The primary objectives are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of infusion of autologous ovarian cancer immunogene-modified T cells (OC-IgT cells).
This is a phase 3, randomized, multi-center, single dose, open label, pivotal study in patients diagnosed with, or with high clinical suspicion of, ovarian cancer scheduled to undergo primary surgical cytoreduction, interval debulking, or recurrent ovarian cancer surgery.
This phase II randomized trial studies how well bupropion hydrochloride works in improving sexual desire in women with breast or gynecological cancer. Bupropion hydrochloride may work by boosting sexual desire, energy, or motivation without causing intolerable or undesirable side effects.
The objective of this investigation is to examine the effects of 12 weeks of usual care plus a ketogenic diet (KD) or usual care plus dietary recommendations endorsed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) in women with ovarian and endometrial cancer. Participants undergo testing at baseline and at 12 weeks; the testing consists of blood draws, questionnaires, and measures of body composition. The baseline visit also includes a meeting with a registered dietitian to discuss the guidelines of the assigned diet. It is hypothesized that the KD group will have improved cancer outcome measures, beneficial body composition changes, reduced fasting concentrations of glucose and insulin, and higher ratings of patient satisfaction with the diet relative to the AND group.
This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open-label study to assess safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of cabozantinib taken in combination with atezolizumab in subjects with multiple tumor types, including advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC) (including bladder, renal pelvis, ureter, urethra), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), ovarian cancer (OC), endometrial cancer (EC), hepatocellular cancer (HCC), gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer/lower esophageal cancer (GC/GEJC/LEC), colorectal cancer (CRC), head and neck (H&N) cancer, and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). The study consists of two stages: in the Dose Escalation Stage, an appropriate recommended cabozantinib dose for the combination with standard dosing regimen of atezolizumab will be established; in the Expansion Stage, tumor-specific cohorts will be enrolled in order to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination treatment in these tumor indications. Three exploratory single-agent cabozantinib (SAC) cohorts may also be enrolled with UC, NSCLC, or CRPC subjects. One exploratory single-agent atezolizumab (SAA) cohort may also be enrolled with CRPC subjects. Subjects enrolled in the SAC cohorts and SAA cohort may receive combination treatment with both cabozantinib and atezolizumab after they experience radiographic progressive disease per the Investigator per RECIST 1.1. Due to the nature of this study design, some tumor cohorts may complete enrollment earlier than others.

This is a multicenter, randomized, controlled, open-label study including patients with recurrent, platinum-sensitive, ovarian, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. The main scope of the trial is to evaluate QoL during chemotherapy comparing trabectedin/PLD with other standard platinum-based chemotherapy in platinum-sensitive disease.
This is a Phase Ib study to look at the combination of an antibody immunization vaccine strategy using oregovomab and an investigational stage immune booster (poly ICLC / Hiltonol), both of which have previously been used in combination with other cancer treatments and demonstrated to be active in advanced cancer, but which have not previously been used together. This study will assess the approach as to whether these two drugs can safely add to the response seen with either drug alone, both of which have doses that are based on prior studies. Subjects with stable disease for whom a 12 week break from therapy for their persistent and progressive advanced ovarian cancer is appropriate, who have signed informed consent and for whom baseline clinical information is completed, will receive 4 cycles of oregovomab/Hiltonol immunization every three weeks (weeks 0, 3, 6, and 9). Blood will be obtained for to look for a CA125 specific T cell response at 12 weeks before initiating any additional therapy according to the best clinical judgment of the investigator. At week 16 the subjects will receive a final dose of the combination of oregovomab/Hiltonol and at week 17 will have an additional blood draw for analysis of T-cell response.
