To determine whether older patients who underwent esophagectomy had better outcome survival than those who were non-surgically treated.

Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: 1. Pathology confirmed ESCC, 2. Patients with esophagectomy or radiotherapy (RT)/chemotherapy (CT), 3. Age = 70. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Having other malignant tumours, 2. Missing of required data.
