Filter by:This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of autologous CD8+ and CD4+ lentivirally transduced to express L1CAM-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and EGFRt mutation specific T cells and to see how well they work in treating patients with small cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer (SCNPC) that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack tumor cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's tumor cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. Some solid tumor cells have an L1CAM protein on their surface, and T cells can be modified with a receptor, called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), to help recognize this protein and kill these tumor cells. Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. These L1CAM mutation specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill L1CAM locally advanced and unresectable or metastatic small cell neuroendocrine prostate cancers' tumor cells.
Title: An Exploratory Study of A-337 in the Management of Malignant Solid Dose Escalation and Expansion Phases
The REMIT (RE-irradiation of diffuse MIdline glioma paTients) study evaluates safety and the palliative efficacy of re-irradiation of patients with diffuse midline glioma (DMG). The study will introduce a standard re-irradiation treatment schedule for DMG patients who have progressed following primary treatment.
This study is a multicenter, prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled trial using a parallel two-arm design to investigate whether the postoperative 6-month quality of life, vertebral stability, complication of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (Kummell's disease) are better with the use of stent screw internal fixation and percutaneous bone cement reconstruction technique compared to patients undergoing traditional percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty (BKP) for vertebral augmentation
This project proposes to monitor the spinal posture of a person at rest and in motion in real time through a sensor device that contains spinal health monitoring as its core. By calibrating the five core planes on the spine and using AI algorithms to train the model, the relationship between the core plane data and spine health is established. This project will output medical-grade and consumer-grade wearable spine healthcare and monitoring products, establish an interactive platform to connect the wearer, the data terminal and the professional medical team, so that patients can easily get professional health advice and reminders during home healthcare and rehabilitation; and through the collection of spine health data, establish a national spine health database.
The goal of this investigator-initiated, a single-arm, open-label, pilot study is to investigate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of CD-801 treatment in subjects with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Condition of disease: advanced hepatocellular carcinoma . Intervention:treatment with 100μg CD-801 through the hepatic artery at two-week intervals. The dosing interval will be adjusted based on subject tolerability, safety, and efficacy. For example, it may be adjusted to administer the medication once every three weeks or four weeks. Drug: CD-801, a drug designed specifically to enhance the expression of HNF4α and selectively target liver cancer cells.
Magnesium sulfate has many mechanisms of action for attenuating the stress response as inhibition of catecholamine releasing from the adrenal medulla, keeping the plasma concentration of epinephrine at a fixed level, decreasing the circulating norepinephrine level when compared to that of a control group[ and also has a vasodilation effect on systemic and coronary blood vessels by blocking calcium ion in vascular smooth muscle.-Methyl- D-Aspartate (NMDA) antagonism is an amazing recent discovery for magnesium sulphate to play an important role in stress response. In this study, we will study the effects of nebulized magnesium sulfate on hemodynamics during intubation.
The participants in this registry study will have fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP). FOP is an ultra-rare, severely disabling disease characterized by new bone formation in areas of the body where bone is not normally present (heterotopic ossification (HO)). HO is often preceded by painful, recurrent episodes of soft tissue swelling (flare-ups). This registry study will take place in countries where the treatment, known as palovarotene has been approved for use. Participants will already be receiving palovarotene as prescribed by their treating physician according to locally approved product information. The main aim of this study will be to collect and assess real-world safety data on children and adult participants with FOP treated with palovarotene. This study will also describe the effectiveness of this treatment, including the effect on everyday activities and physical performance
This study is a phase Ⅱ, randomized, controlled, open-label, multi-center study with safety run-in to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JMT101 combined with Irinotecan and SG001 in Patients with Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC).
This is a phase 2a, multinational, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging safety, tolerability and PK study in patients with HABP (Hospital Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia) or VABP (Ventilator Associated Bacterial Pneumonia) caused by ABC to identify safe and well-tolerated doses and to assess the PK profile of OMN6 in patients.
