This randomized pilot trial studies how well robot-assisted laparoscopic high-intensity focused ultrasound works compared to robot-assisted radical cystectomy for thermal ablation of muscle invasive cells in patients with bladder tumors. Laparoscopic high-intensity focused ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to deliver a strong beam to a specific part of the tumor and may lower the number of tumor cells released into the blood stream compared to radical cystectomy.
This phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib plus rituximab and lenalidomide work in treating elderly participants with newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ibrutinib plus rituximab and lenalidomide may work better in treating elderly participants with newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma.
The aim of this study is to assess the effect of pregabalin administration on catheter-related bladder discomfort (CRBD). The study group includes patients that are about to be subjected to orthopedic operations.
Patients diagnosed with chronic SIJ pain that can be treated by sacroiliac joint fusion or radiofrequency ablation. The radio frequency ablation is performed using either conventional or "cooled" techniques aimed at the S1-S3 lateral branches and the L5 dorsal ramus. Minimally invasive sacroiliac joint consists of implanting 2 to 3 metallic implants inside the SIJ to increase the stability and eventually fuse the SIJ. This randomized controlled trial aims at comparing treatment success at 6-month follow-up time-point after minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusion and radiofrequency ablation for chronic SIJ dysfunction.

This study will investigate the potential effects of platelet rich plasma for the treatment of persistent medial knee pain after total knee arthroplasty. All study participants will receive PRP injections and will be followed up to see if any benefit in regards to pain and/or function is achieved.
This randomized phase II trial studies how well nivolumab or expectant observation following ipilimumab, nivolumab, and surgery work in treating patients with high-risk mucosal melanoma that is restricted to the site of origin without evidence of spread, has spread to a local and regional area of the body, or has come back. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Sometimes the mucosal melanoma may not need more treatment until it progresses. In this case, observation may be sufficient. It is not known if nivolumab or expectant observation following ipilimumab, nivolumab, and surgery may be better in treating patients with mucosal melanoma.
This phase I trial studies the best dose and side effects of tazemetostat in treating patients with solid tumors or B-cell lymphomas with liver dysfunction that have spread to other places in the body or cannot be removed by surgery. Tazemetostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
