The aim is to reveal to what extent cervical core exercises affect the results of treatment in patients with Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction caused by Myofascial pain syndrome. Randomization will be carried out by dividing individuals who agree to participate in the study into 3 groups of 20 people.Participants will be divided into three groups, and all three groups will receive treatment in 30-45 minute sessions a day, 2 days a week for 8 weeks.

SNDX-5613 and Gilteritinib for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory FLT3-Mutated Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Concurrent MLL-Rearrangement or NPM1 Mutation

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of SNDX-5613 and gilteritinib for treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) and has a mutation in the FLT3 gene along with either a mutation in the NMP1 gene or a type of mutation called a rearrangement in the MLL gene. SNDX-5613 is in a class of medications called menin inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of mutated MLL and NMP1 proteins that signal cancer cells to multiply. Gilteritinib is in a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of mutated FLT3 proteins that signal cancer cells to multiply. Giving SNDX-5613 with gilteritinib may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with relapsed/refractory FLT3 mutated acute myeloid leukemia.

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the value of multimodal ultrasound in early detection of left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD). The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. If first-phase ejection fraction(EF1)could early detect the left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with CKD. 2. Whether EF1 can detect left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with CKD more sensitively than speckle-tracking echocardiography and myocardial work. Participants will need to cooperate to do an echocardiography. Researchers will compare healthy volunteers and patients with CKD to see if EF1 could early detect the left ventricular systolic dysfunction.

Dental implant treatment, in many cases, may be impeded by anatomical limitations, such as narrow atrophic ridges. In order to overcome that, additional surgical procedures, such as guided bone regeneration, are often required to augment the deficient hard tissue. However, additional surgical procedures often add morbidity to the patient in addition to prolonging the treatment time and raising the treatment cost. Hence, simpler, less invasive treatment options are preferred by patients. The use of narrow diameter implants (NDI) offers the great advantage of eliminating the need for augmentation procedures.

Neoadjuvant Therapy and Contrast-enhanced Mammography for Early Stage Breast Cancer

The purpose of this study is to compare a special type of mammogram that uses a contrast agent called contrast-enhanced digital mammography with contrast-enhanced digital breast tomosynthesis (CEDM+CEDBT), with breast magnetic resonance imaging imaging (MRI) for predicting the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on pathologic complete response rates. The device used to obtain CEDM+CEDBT images is called Siemens MAMMOMAT. This device produces two-dimensional (2D) images, as in a normal mammogram, but also collects additional images for digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT), which produces a three-dimensional (3D) image of the breast in the form of image slices. DBT allows the radiologist to "see through" the breast tissue for better detection and localization of breast cancer. By looking at both the CEDM images and the CEDBT images, a radiologist may be able to better detect residual breast cancer in a more cost-effective manner. Participation may last up to 18 weeks. Study procedures for this research are: - Undergoing 1-2 mammograms during and/or after your chemotherapy, but before primary breast surgery. - Before each mammogram, have a radiology technician inject a liquid contrast agent by inserting a needle into a vein. The chemotherapy port cannot be used to receive the contrast agent - Let the research team record information from your medical record related to your condition and the treatment you receive. - Give permission to collect leftover tissue from your diagnostic biopsy and breast surgery.

The main question it aims to answer is: • the efficacy of the mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection-containing combination regimens in bridging therapies of CD19 CAR-T cells. Participants will receive combination bridging regimens including mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposomal injection and CAR-T cell therapy to see if the combination regimens have a positive effect on the efficacy of bridging therapies.

Effecot of Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane Block and Thoracic Paravertebral Block in VATS

Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) has become a standard procedure in both minor and major lung surgeries in thoracic surgery operations. Although postoperative pain in patients undergoing VATS is not as severe as that seen after thoracotomy, it still occurs. This, in turn, affects postoperative pulmonary complications and patients' lengths of hospital stay. Thoracic epidural analgesia (TEA) is still considered the gold standard in the treatment of postoperative pain. However, due to side effects such as post-procedural hypotension, urinary retention, or nausea/vomiting, alternative analgesic methods such as thoracic paravertebral block (TPVB), intercostal block, serratus anterior plane block (SAPB), erector spinae plane block (ESPB), and serratus posterior superior intercostal plane block (SPSIPB) are being considered instead of epidural analgesia. Among these methods, TPVB performed under ultrasound guidance is already a commonly preferred and classical method. In patients undergoing thoracotomy and VATS, Tulgar and colleagues have defined SPSIPB as a new technique and demonstrated its efficacy in providing analgesia in the hemithorax when considering the sensory dermatome of SPSIPB in a cadaveric and a case series study with five patients conducted in 2023. Similarly, Avcı and colleagues, in their article published in 2023, emphasized the analgesic effectiveness of SPSIPB in the thoracic region after VATS. As far as we know, there is no published study comparing TPVB and SPSIPB under ultrasound guidance to date. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare ultrasound-guided TPVB and SPSIPB in postoperative analgesia after VATS. Our primary goal is to investigate whether there are any superiority in terms of postoperative Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score, time to first rescue analgesia, opioid consumption, postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) score, and complications, and to determine which one is more effective.
