Start date: October 2, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

NCT ID: NCT05156177 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Correlation of Fecal Microbiome and Its Metabolites With Outcome of Radiotherapy in Head and Neck Carcinoma

COMRAD-HNSCC
Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Preclinical studies have shown that the response of solid tumors and normal tissues to radiotherapy can be regulated by gut microbiota and its metabolites. In this study, the composition of gut microbiota in patients with locally advanced head and neck cancers undergoing definitive radiotherapy will be analysed together with bacterial metabolites in stool and blood and a possible correlation with treatment outcome and treatment toxicity will be determined.

NCT ID: NCT05155098 Active, not recruiting - Psoriatic Arthritis Clinical Trials

2 Years Prospective Study to Collect Real-life Data on the Retention, Quality of Life, Effectiveness and Treatment Pattern of Secukinumab in Adult Patients With Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis and Non-radiographic Axial Spondyloarthritis

PROMPT
Start date: March 25, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is an observational, prospective primary data collection study. The duration of observation is 2 years after study enrolment date. Disease and treatment history will be retrospectively reviewed from medical record at enrollment with no time limits for the key diagnosis of enrolment (plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and non-radiographic axial spondyloarthropathy).

NCT ID: NCT05151380 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause

Clinical and Cyto-histological Evaluation of Fractional CO2 Laser Treatment on Genito-Urinary Syndromes of Menopause Related to Vaginal Atrophy

ATROVENANS
Start date: December 9, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Estrogen deficiency can occur naturally during menopause or as a secondary effect of various treatments for breast or pelvic cancer and can lead to very disabling vulvovaginal symptoms, since it is associated with an anatomical and functional cellular modification of the urogenital sphere. These changes result in urogenital atrophy responsible for vaginal dryness, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), discomfort, itching and burning sensations, dysuria, urgency and incontinence. These symptoms, which significantly affect quality of life, are found in more than 40% of menopausal women and are grouped under the term Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM). General or local estrogen-based treatments improve patients' symptoms, but remain contraindicated in women who have had breast cancer. Non-estrogenic local treatments are less effective, remain restrictive and are therefore often abandoned. The CO2 laser is currently part of the therapeutic arsenal for the management of patients with GSM. This device prevents and eliminates the effects of low estrogen levels on vaginal tissue by restoring the characteristic conditions of the vaginal mucosa of a woman of childbearing age. This simple treatment, which lasts only a few minutes, is safe and painless and has no serious side effects. It restores the tone and elasticity of the tissues, with positive effects on the quality of life and the couple's relationship. The investigators wish to evaluate the possible changes of the genital sphere in a longitudinal way (before, during and after the treatment), including the induced cytohistological changes, in patients with GSM who can benefit of this therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05151094 Active, not recruiting - Covid19 Clinical Trials

Registry of Hospitalized Patients in University Hospital Dubrava Respiratory Center

COVID-19
Start date: April 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Aim of this project is to understand clinical features, clinical outcomes and efficacy and safety profiles of different therapies by analyzing a cohort of COVID-19 patients hospitalized and treated in a tertiary-level institution, University hospital Dubrava. Patients' clinical and laboratory characteristics, drug exposure and outcomes are obtained by analysis of written and electronical medical records.

NCT ID: NCT05149664 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)

A Non-significant Risk Clinical Study: Changes in Perfusion After Therapeutic Ultrasound in Patients With PAD

Start date: January 14, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

All evaluable subjects will receive VibratoSleeve therapeutic ultrasound (TUS) treatments. The device will be programmed to deliver TUS at a pre-determined level. Three different acoustic intensity levels will be tested during the first three treatment visits (one at each visit day). The most effective treatment that is comfortable to a subject will be prescribed for the remaining treatment sessions. Treatment time will be 90 minutes per session, one session per day. Thirty treatment sessions will be performed over a 45-day period. Subjects will appear for on-site follow-up visits at 1-, 3-, and 6-months following subject's last (30th) treatment session.

NCT ID: NCT05149326 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: January 20, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multicenter, randomized, double-Blind Phase III Study to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of KN046 plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel versus placebo plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel in subjects with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have not previously received systemic treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05144321 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Twin Pregnancy With Antenatal Problem

Twin Pregnancy Cohort

COGEM
Start date: November 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The investigators know that multiple factors are involved in the risk of obstetric complications. The twin pregnancy model appears to be an interesting model for a bio-statistical analysis of data collected in the context of a complete pregnancy, in particular because it can reveal differences for a common exposure. The aim of the study is to constitute a prospective cohort of twin pregnancies. The collection of data on the health of mothers, pregnancies, childbirth, and the health of twins at birth should make it possible to reveal results with sufficient statistical power for a prospective study.
