Protection of dental hard tissues is one of the most important points of cariology. For this purpose, oral hygiene training (effective brushing and motivation), non-invasive approaches such as flouride varnish applications and micro-invasive approaches such as resin infiltration technique are applied in clinical practice. In this study, the effect of resin infiltration or fluoride varnish application on lesion depth in individuals with moderate/high caries risk was investigated. The study was a randomized controlled, prospective and parallel designed clinical trial. 60 patients were included in the study and patients were randomly allocate to the groups. Caries risk of individuals was determined according to Cariogram, which is a computer program․ According to visual clinical examination, stage the caries continuum were (ICDAS 1,2) scored and the caries diagnostic criteria scored acording to (Nyvad 1, 2, 4, 5) The teeth wich has one caries lesion in border of enamel or prolonged to first 1/3 part of dentin in bite-wing radiograph (lesion level: E1, E2, D1) included in this study. Patient's gingival condition evaluating at initial and control sessions with gingival index (0=healthy, 1=mild inflammation, 2=moderate inflammation and bleeding on pressure). Oral hygiene training was given to all subjects included in the study and the use of fluoride toothpaste (1450 ppm, NaF) was recommended. This study was performed in a single center by experienced physicians. Resin infiltration (Icon DMG, USA) was applied to one of the groups(n=30), while fluoride varnish (ClinproTM White Varnish 22600 ppm, 3M ESPE, USA) was applied to the other group(n=30). The patients follow-up time was anticipated for 60 months in 6-month periods. The inicial visual clinical examination(T0) and follow-up sessions (T 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) were conducted by two experienced researchers blind to the group information. At the aim of the study, evaluation difference in non-cavited proximal lesion progression between the resin infiltration (micro-invasive) and fluoride varnish (non-invasive) treatment options at the individuals with moderate or high risk of caries.

It is an observational study which objective is to analyze, through a series of invasive parameters, the state of the coronary microvasculature immediately after the successful percutaneous coronary intervention of a chronic total occlusion and at 6 months after the index procedure. The aim of the study is to check the variation in the values of the index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) and invasive absolute coronary flow (AF). The working hypothesis is that, in the follow-up of these patients, AF will increase significantly with respect to its baseline and, conversely, IMR will be reduced during the follow-up.
This is a phase I/II clinical trial evaluating the activity of combination chemotherapy with venetoclax and navitoclax in children with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma (rALL) and assessing the combination dose of venetoclax combinations with either blinatumomab for CD19-postive patients or navitoclax and high-dose cytarabine for CD19-negative patients. Primary Objectives - To compare Minimal Residual Disease (MRD)-negative CR/CRi rate in children with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma (rALL) following Block 1 therapy with venetoclax and navitoclax based reinduction to historical controls. - To identify the recommended phase 2 combination dose (RP2D) of venetoclax based consolidation in novel combinations with a) high-dose cytarabine and navitoclax or b) blinatumomab. Secondary Objectives - To estimate the tolerability and activity of venetoclax based consolidation in novel combinations with a) high-dose cytarabine and navitoclax or b) blinatumomab. - To describe event-free and overall survival in patients treated with this regimen. Exploratory Objectives - To evaluate MRD-negative CR/CRi rates in each prespecified groups: late first relapse B-ALL; early first relapse and second or greater relapse B-ALL; and relapsed T-ALL. - To identify drug sensitivity patterns in patient samples prior to and after receiving combination therapy and evaluate mechanisms of disease resistance/ escape. - To explore immune subsets during and after this regimen. - Evaluate response to therapy in rare relapse patient subsets. - Explore breakthrough infections in children and young adults with relapsed or refractory ALL
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects of bomedemstat and maintenance immunotherapy with atezolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with newly diagnosed extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Bomedemstat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving bomedemstat and atezolizumab may work better in treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer.

Different mouthwashes are available in market but this study is being conducted to check the effects of Moring Oleifera mouth wash against the development of Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Plaque formation, Enamel Demineralization /white spot lesion, discoloration and bacterial load in dental plaque during the fixed orthodontic treatment.
